Great staff, easy check in and rooms are decent. I could hear alot from other rooms.

Hotel and Staff were amazing. Manda was just the tonic needed and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay again, ideal for a night before an early luton flight.

On arrival we were greeted by Manda who was so friendly and helpful, she made sure we sorted our car out and booked us into the room. We got sorted then came down for food, Again Manda couldn't have been more helpful..food was reasonably priced and very tasty. Manda arranged for someone to accompany us to our car as we had to leave in the early hours to get to the airport which was much appreciated. Thank you so much for your kindness and help. Manda is a credit to the company.

The staff were extremely friendly and efficient and we would like to thank Pheobe (GM) Julia the duty manager, Merton the night porter the receptionist (whose name I didn’t get) and Paul the chef all of which helped us immensely. The food at breakfast was really good, hot and fresh - thank you Paul. We stay in a number of Premier Inns throughout the UK either for my work or our daughters swimming competitions and this in Luton is by far one of the best. The room was comfortable, there was no noise, it was clean and the bed as expected was really comfy. We’ll done team and we’ll see you again. The only small point was that the two lifts one was constantly out of service and the second one was not in use partially on day two of our stay but was fixed by the evening. (It didn’t effect us as we were only on level two).

This hotel has bed bugs! My partner and I returned from an overnight stay bitten to pieces. I had to have my house de-fumigated which cost me £1500 and when I complained to Premier Inn, I was told I would receive a response in 24 hours. It took them almost 4 months to reply and admit there were bed bugs. After much complaining they eventually offered me £200 compensation. I am not bothering with the compensation, but I will not be staying in any Premier Inn again.

Manda the best person - most helpful, always with a smile giving a hand and very kindness. Very professional and friendly. Any problems sorted out immediately. Comfort in this place with Manda is on highest level. Bed is very comfy and room clean with no issues. Thank you for your welcome

The staff were friendly, warm, welcoming and helpful. In particular Manda who really brightens up the environment, experience and your day, she is so friendly, warm, welcoming, fantastic sense of humour and makes your stay much more enjoyable. The room was neat, tidy and clean. Great night sleep, as bed is super warm and cosy. Great pillows and everything is provided for great cuppa first thing. Had a full English and we could not finish it not because it was bad but because it was well cooked and presented and good size potions that we had no room left, completely full. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to do so again.

Comfortable short stay for us in this friendly hotel. The manager was extremely helpful when we arrived giving us tourists some local tips for getting around. Had dinner here our second night and the service from Manda was fab! Genuinely a lovely lady with a great sense of humour and full of banter! Very comfortable rooms, exactly what you expect from a Premier Inn ☺️

We had a long drive in driving rain and arrived tired and fed up. We were soon cheered up after being greeted with a smile and genuine warmth by Manda. She was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble as she advised us with good local knowledge about the surroundings. She also told us all we needed to know about the parking and the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. Premier Inn you need to clone Manda or at least get her training all your staff. Next time we are in Luton we will definitely be booking to stay in the Premier Inn in town again.
