KoBi Apartments Hirschenplatz

Just LOVE KoBi Apartments in Lucerne. Kim, on reception was such a delight to deal with. We arrived early and she let us store our bags in the apartment whilst we explored the amazing city. So much to see and do - we wish we had booked longer. The apartment was amazing - my daughter and her boyfriend were travelling with us and we had a very spacious 2 bed apartment ( had originally booked 1 bed) - very comfy beds, a lovely large lounge with a great view of the city square, a well appointed kitchen, TV with Netflix and a large bathroom that included a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, comfortable and we all loved it. Kim provided us with a tour and gave us the key that we used to access the secure building and apartment that had a lift to the floor we stayed on - level 3, Unit 5. The decor was very tasteful. Highly recommend this apartment and would give it and Kim a 10/10.

We booked a one bedroom apartment and were assigned Hirschen #7 by the host. The apartment location is great and not far from the train station, shopping, and grocery store. Communication through the What's App worked very well. The elevator was large enough for us and our luggage. The apartment was large and clean. This apartment did not have air conditioning, but the four standing fans with remotes worked well because it was not very hot while we were there. If we had been there two weeks later when the weather was extremely hot, four fans would not have been enough. There was plenty of closet storage. We used the in-apartment washer and dryer several times and it worked OK. The details we received in the booking confirmation stated that the elevator did not reach this apartment and there were 10 more stairs. Actually, there are 15 stairs, which were not straight up and difficult to navigate with luggage. Also, the details did not mention that this was a "multi-level" apartment (one step up and then one step down to go into the bathroom; one step up and then another step up to the bedroom). The bedroom was large and only had a queen bed (could have accommodated a king size bed or two twins put together).
