Situation idéale entre la gare et le centre ville. Chambres confortables et calmes, décorées avec goût, literie de qualité. Personnel professionnel et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner de bon rapport qualité prix.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la gare, d'un parking et en plein centre ville. Les chambres sont agréables et propres. la salle de bain avec douche très spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Le personnel est charmant. A savoir, mais c'est bien signalé, l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur.

L'hôtel se situe à 100m de la gare et 200m d'un parking à l'accès aisé. Lorsque l'on entre dans l'établissement on peut se demander si le choix était le bon... Mais une fois les formalités administratives remplies, la chambre entièrement rénovée nous accueille chaleureusement. Le bar de la réception est convivial, et la cuisine de l'hôtel est excellente, ce qui est un grand plus lorsque l'on se promène toute la journée et que l'on ne désire plus sortir. Le personnel est très aimable, efficace et aux petits soins. Bravo ! L'hôtel se trouve à un peu plus de 5 min à pied du centre ville et de ses commerces. cette promenade permet de profiter de la traversée de la Meuse (à pied) et des belles boutiques implantées sur le chemin. Bravo à toute l'équipe, et à bientôt !

This boutique hotel met our expectations. Very nice, clean room with comfortable bed and good bathroom. it was extremely hot weather when we were there, but luckily they have excellent central air conditioning. Small bar/restaurant on ground level and outside seating. We enjoyed a couple of good meals. Also, they were helpful to accommodate a group of about 25 of my colleagues for happy hour drinks/appetizers. There are stairs to get to rooms, but they offered to carry our suitcases.

The Alex exceeded our expectations. The staff are super friendly and helpful. After day 1 they recognized us and carried on conversations with us. The meals were delicious- we had breakfast and dinner in the cafe. While their cafe is small (very pleasant outdoor seating too though ), they were able to accommodate about 25 of my work colleagues on short notice for drinks/hors d'oeuvres. The room was clean and great bed/bath; cleaned daily; espresso machine/tea in room. There was a heat wave while we were there but luckily the room had excellent and quiet air conditioning. Only 2 blocks from train station but very quiet. Definitely recommend!

Stayed here with my wife on a stop over to see Maastricht. Good location, next to the Station and just a short walk over the bridge into the centre. Hotel Staff are very friendly, Rooms are Clean, Modern and Beds are Very Comfy Breakfast was superb Would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the three bedroom apartment... just a delightful place to stay. It was quiet, warm, and just lovely. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was delicious. Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. A great stay. Thank you!

My husband and I spent three nights at Alex Maastricht and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very cordial and helpful, the room was clean and reasonably roomy, the bathroom was large and newly remodeled. Breakfasts and the one dinner we ate in the restaurant were tasty and plentiful. The location, which is about one block from the train station, was perfect for sightseeing and using the local public transportation.

A very comfortable room in a traditional hotel with a well fitted bathroom and spacious main room, with great views from the large balcony. A nice breakfast in the lovely restaurant. The bar area was very nice with a wide range of local beers.

Staff very polite. Room very clean and location excellent. Bed very comfortable and linen vert crisp and clean. Great to have a small coffee machine in room. Breakfast very goid, even though we are not big breakfast eaters. No outside parking but we used Q park as recommended by hotel and got a discount ( per booked before arrival). Definitely recommended by us.

There is no lift only steep stairs.booked a table for evening but no-one said it was a fixed menu although the normal menu was on the table.waiter was surly and did not think the customer could be right.food was not brilliant. There was confusion over room payments and ended up on wrong card. Not worth the money.

It’s Sunday afternoon, late lunch time, there are just a handful of customers (whilst many other restaurants nearby are full): I first asked the waitress at the bar if food is being served - and got a first mouthful of her grumpy reply. I sat down, looked at the menue and opted for the salmon (happened to be most expensive dish on their menu), and waited and waited and waited ( I was not in a hurry, by the way). Finally, to make it easier for her, I went to the bar to place my order (to make it easier for her), and got a 2nd rude mouthful from her (‘i will come to your table etc’). When she eventually turned up, she downright rudely told me ‘the salmon is for dinner, now it is lunch time’ and walked away. And so did I This lady should be fired - she has zero aptitude for gastronomy. Not even a shred of politeness - just pure aggressive rudeness

We reserved a table for 2 for an evening dinner. But on arrival, all tables were taken, and nobody had bothered to reserve a space. We were shown to an empty room, no atmosphere with no views. The waitress was rude, abrupt, and not bothered. This is not service. We did not stay. Poor management.

Loved our stay here! We were visiting family for Christmas and choose this hotel because it this was right down the road from their place. Plus, it is close to almost everything you need during your visit. Train Station, Q-Parking, center of town and shops are just a few steps away. Check in was easy and the staff were all welcoming. You check in at the bar inside the restaurant, so you will not be able to check in if you arrive after hours. You receive a voucher for bites at the bar. Sadly, we did not have time to enjoy this but I heard great things about their food from family. We booked the Basic Double Room, which was small but had everything we needed. Was cleaned every night and even left us a treat for Christmas. If you are American, note they do not supply washcloths and to bring your own.
