Avis : Conrad Macao

My recent stay at Conrad Macao was nothing short of pure excellence. From the warm welcome and thoughtful surprises to the impeccable service and attention to detail, every moment exceeded our expectations. The splendorous view from our room was truly breathtaking and added an unforgettable touch to our anniversary celebration. The receptionists were beyond polite—gracious, attentive, and consistently warm throughout our stay. The entire team went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

Grand hotel! We checked in earlier in the morning and the reception offered to store our luggage. Concierge was helpful and patient in giving us directions. He even offered to exchange small notes and coins so that we could take the public buses. Thumbs up!

A warm welcome from the management of the Conrad Hotel with a complimentary chocolate cake. The hotel is well located at the Cotai Strip and the surrounding areas are great. However, there is no plug from the the hair-dryer at the bathroom.

We got bitten seriously by flea ! Cannot imagine this will happen in such a nice hotel . And the service manager not able to provide any fist aid . Very disappointed !

This was a such amazing stay! The room was incredible and the staff were more than we would have ever expected.  We felt like princesses! The quality of everything in the room and incredible people that work there all make it such a special stay. Highly recommend.

Staff are super nice, I ordered 3 bottles of water they brought me 6, requested for another “duck” gift as the original one in the room was little damaged…they all brought these things to the room using a tray to serve. And a birthday cake to delight us… The room is spacious if you usually stayed in basic room type of other hotel, I think it can accommodate 1 or 1.5 more king size bed Credits to staff during checkin, room service, even the staff at lift saying goodbye when checkout

Excellent service from staff (except during check in when it's crowded). 24 hour in room dining is good, food is hot enough and tastes good. Gave a yummy cake for birthday celebration and a gift for mother's day. Swimming pool has amazing view and is very big with good service. Will return again.

Hotel seems a bit dated to my taste but it is very well maintained. Excellent service and housekeeping, everything was great from the doorman and reception to my departure. Beautiful swimming pool area, good GYM. I loved the breakfast buffet, one of the best I’ve tried in Macau. One star off the service for having to wait to be seated for breakfast despite having the reservation time, my plans had to be moved because of this. The rest was brilliant.

As a HKConrad staff YEARS ago, definitely no doubt for the attentive service rendered。Will come back for our 7th Anniversary in September. Keep up the good job and blessings for the staff.

Good location. Next to The Londoner, and connected to Eiffel Tower site. I would encourage for Trip to remove the Free Admission to 7/F Eiffel Tower as, it is already free to the public and not a specific benefit for booking Conrad Hotel.

This hotel is definitely not five-star quality. From the moment you enter, there's no sense of order — there's no proper lobby, and the staff are rude and unprofessional. It's extremely crowded, and there's no clear boundary between the hotel and the shopping center. Breakfast was chaotic and poorly managed. Overall, the management is incompetent. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The carpets were dirty and poorly maintained. The management’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Breakfast was repetitive with very limited variety — they didn’t even have basic items like bread, which is unacceptable for a so-called five-star hotel under the Conrad brand. There wasn’t even a proper lobby where guests could relax — something you’d expect as a minimum standard. The hotel might look appealing from the outside, but don’t be fooled — the inside tells a completely different story The hotel was so disorganized and confusing that every single time I had to spend at least 30 minutes just trying to find the elevators. There was no one around to guide or help — it felt like they just wanted to trap you and empty your pockets. The sauna was dirty, the shower area by the pool was filthy, and the jacuzzi water had turned yellow — absolutely disgusting. Honestly, this place doesn’t even deserve two stars, let alone being marketed as a five-star Conrad hotel..

Conrad Macao environment is nice, so elegant, and the room is spacious and the amenities are good. Good service!! Will come back!
