The hotel is fantastic. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is one he best The staff is very attentive and polite, much more than in other countries It is exceptionally clean and everything is just perfect. I originally booked for 2 days and ended up staying 5 The buffet is very large with many options but mostly is Asian foods which I do not eat. They have an egg station to cook to order I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Medan

Wifi was close to non existence. Had difficulty login on throughout the trip. Only for very short moment and kept cutting off. Parking was limited. Though complimentary to the room, if you pay the concierge, u will get so called vip parking near the entrance. If not, depends on luck. Breakfast which everyone praises is nothing to shout about. There are better spreads elsewhere. Santika Premiere is one of the better ones.

I can say just worth for money Pool view room got dusty smell and ifs old hotel But the breakfast was nice and staff was friendly Near to the train station but no walk distance market is arround always use grab

when we asked about the swimming pool, the staff said that it’s under maintenance, but when go there to see there’s no maintenance and people are swimming there. the question is why are these people lying to us? can’t we use the swimming pool? but overall the hotel is okay and worth the price

Lokasi hotelnya bagus, tetapi kamarnya mengecewakan. Jendela-jendelanya rusak, karpetnya berbau tidak sedap, dan toiletnya kotor tanpa sabun. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman yang sangat buruk.

Permintaan khusus tidak ada yg dipenuhi, ibu2 receptionisnya tidak ramah bahkan jutek, kamar kesatu tersedia jam 2.10 wib sementara untuk kamar kedua jam 19.00 wib itupun harus ditanya receptinisnya ke bawah padahal kita sudah cekin jam 12.10 wib, Air warna coklat
