Staff are friendly and helpful. We had problems in charging our car. We asked for help and they came in a minute to help. Carpark is just in the basement and so we could unload luggages and took the lifts from basement up to our room floor directly. Very convenient.
Room : spacious
Breakfast : not worth, only few varieties.
Cleanliness : looks clean in general. But I think the hotel should pay more attention to the 'little things'. One spoon in the room and a plate in the breakfast restaurant had dirt.

Second time in this wonderful hotel... again the location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping... we did almost everything on foot. This time with the upgrade we were given the access to the Regency Club, a perfect place to rest have breakfast lunch or just have a rest after a long day... The staff is very friendly and really paid attention to our needs. Will come back again !

sound proof is extremely poor and the clogging bathroom was causing a lot of issues, some hair coming out of the drainage parts. bad experiences especially under the name HYATT.
