Inscription : la jeune fille blonde de réception est charmant, très attentive et agréable. La chambre est confortable, spacieuse et avec terrasse, elle a une carte de coussins et un lit confortable, la nettoyage est bonne (ce qui m'a pas plu, c'est les lames métalliques du plat de la douche, quand elle se mouille mal). Petit-déjeuner: très complet et varié, deux garçons étaient en train de nettoyer et de nettoyer, la vérité m'a surpris la vitesse dans la salle pour que tout se passe bien. Quand je rentre à Madrid, je répéterai l'hôtel.

RESTAURANT SERVICE AND RECEPTION: I have been here several time in the years but always for 1 or 2 night. This time being here for 2 weeks i’m having few dinners in the hotel. Quality of food is good but what captured my attention has been the customer attention that the service has. Although there is only 1 waiter (at least at the time i had dinner), I appreciated the professionality, the speed in reacting, and the style to serve the customers. From the name tag I captured the name “LIZ”, I guess Elizabeth. It’s when being professional in the job we do, without doing anything special we captured the attention of those who look also to the details; very much appreciated. I guess is one of the focus of the hotel because also at the reception i always got high level of services (including when few months back I forgot the iPad in the lobby and they called at the office they found it). Cleanness of the room is as well very good. Stairs and doors should be renewed at least in the main building where the reception is.

Plus que je ne le pensais, le patron est chaleureux, la chambre est de la rénovation de la villa, mais la chambre est grande, les fenêtres sont grandes et aérées, il y a la climatisation, l'environnement est une villa de grande classe, très calme, en voiture le village discount environ 20 minutes, en voiture Il faut environ 10 minutes pour aller au centre commercial. C'est un bon choix pour une visite autonome, et c'est très bien.

C’est simple : je n’ai jamais vu un seul 5 étoiles où le service y est aussi déplorable. Impossible de prendre un café à midi puisque le service commence à 13h30. Il est 2h du matin et vous avez faim ? N’appelez pas de room service, il n’y en a pas. Les cartes magnétiques des chambres qui se désactivent toutes les heures… j’ai dû avoir une dizaine de cartes pour mon séjour de 5 nuits. Pas de machine à café dans la chambre… une bouilloire seulement. Les cafés solubles jamais alimentés, c’est à dire que j’ai bu du décaféiné au bout de deux jours. Murs pas propres et interrupteurs vraiment sales et vieux. Un certain manque de pression dans la douche… Horaires du restaurant pas à jour sur Google. Carte du room service indisponible en anglais via le QR code… Piscine ouverte seulement le 1er juin, en mi-mai et trente degrés j’aurais apprécié me baigner. Les deux seuls points positifs que j’ai à trouver c’est la réceptionniste qui nous a beaucoup aidé (Sarah) ; et le petit déjeuner (bien qu’il ne puisse pas être servi en chambre).

Hôtel d'affaires confortable dans un emplacement pratique avec une bonne sélection de restaurants à proximité. Les chambres sont propres, la literie confortable et le petit déjeuner est bon. J'ai séjourné deux fois et j'y retournerai à l'avenir.

Muy gratamente sorprendida con este hostal, de los mejores en los que me he quedado en Madrid. Mi cuarto estaba en la planta baja, no lejos de recepción, pero era bastante tranquilo. También se veía todo muy moderno y limpio. Al entrar a la derecha está el lavabo, que está fuera del baño, y el secador, con las toallas y espejo. Te incluyen gel de baño y jabón de manos. El cuarto de baño tiene el WC y la ducha, muy buena y con mampara y agua muy calentita. El cuarto no era muy grande al ser individual, pero suficiente para uno. Tenía TV (que no usé), aire acondicionado, un armario bastante grande, una especie de repisa debajo de la tele, mesilla de noche con enchufes al lado, una silla y bastantes puntos de buena luz. La cama era muy cómoda y la verdad es que dormí muy bien. El personal de recepción está toda la noche y todos fueron muy amables. El hostal está al lado de la parada de metro de Estrecho y tiene buenos enlaces de transporte, además de restaurantes y casas de comida rápida alrededor. En lo negativo, quizás que, al estar un poco encajonado, no llegaba bien al cuarto el aire acondicionado, pero era lo de menos. En resumen, un muy buen hostal con un precio imbatible, nuevo y limpio. Repito seguro.

A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

Please Avoid this place. It is cheap but nothing else! I stayed here checked into the receiption which is 24 hours after my working day. The place is near the metro cuatro caminos (a mainly poorer area of Madrid with lots of south american population). The area does have a 24 hour supermarket which was good as the hostal has no food/drink facilities. The room was a very small single bed as I was alone on an education course for my job. The room had a fan and tv and a small table. Once you switch off the light the fan goes off so you cannot sleep with the fan on at night with 39c heat. you cannot leave the window open as its not a safe place. The first moment I checked in, i quickly went outside to get air and get the metro outside. They checked in a drunk african man at 6pm in the evening who was walking up the stairs with a can of beer unable to walk or see anything (their is no lift to the rooms) you need to walk up around 50 stairs to the rooms. They take anyone from the streets if they pay the small charge to stay here. Second day, the two receiptionists or owners were fighting over money from the hotel they were shouting and getting agressive. Its was an uncomfortable situation to see. I left and came back after work for a shower and the room had not been cleaned. They said you didnt put a badge on the door saying clean my room. Couldnt they knock and say something? Very strange way of working? The next day I put the badge clean my room but NO nothing changed. It was an excuse.. Then I went and complained he didnt speak any English and didnt want to know he said the cleaners left and nothing he can do. I pulled off the bedsheets, but the bed protector was badly stained with blood and I also got a skin rash. I left the property 1 day early, it was disgusting. The toilets were not cleaned either and insects were crawling everywhere. This place should be closed down immediately. They dont take security or cleaning seriously, they dont want to know problems only take your money. I explained to Expedia about this place but the hotel denied everything. SHAME!!!

L'emplacement est génial ! Au début, j'étais perdu car je ne connaissais pas la sortie Renfe, mais cet hôtel me fait réaliser que l'emplacement est le meilleur pour déménager quelque part. Cependant, la cabine de douche dans la salle de bain est courte, donc l'eau éclabousse. Dans l'ensemble, je suis satisfait.
