So this is a fairly decent hotel in a small town of Mirzapur. The hotel is decently maintained. You can't expect anything more from a hotel in Mirzapur. The rooms are decently furnished. The ACs worked fine. My issue was with the food which I would rate from Bad to horrible. The hygiene of their kitchen is a major issue and I won't recommend eating here. Their coffee ordered in room service was a simple Nescafe pouch. The water provided int he kettle was dirty and probably the kettle was never washed and had dirt floating. Avoid eating cheese items here.

We visited this hotel with our friends very safe and comfortable restaurent ,food , services hygiene also very good , staff very polite and professional, i strongly recommend every one this hotel for fooding.

Hotel is very nice, very comfortable stay with family the food was amazing....good parking space, staff is very helpful. Ambience is also far better city like mirzapur hotel very neat and clean he maintain hygine also.

I must say it’s a great place to stay and for dinning, thank you Mr. Anant & Team for taking good care of my family. Service and ***agement of this hotel is extra ordinary and everyone should must try. Family is extremely happy and left happily and overwhelmed with entire arrangements. Great Location and ambience well maintained property

Checked in today(06.08.2022)at 2 PM in Superior room. Room: It's a descent room with ample space. Room is clean. Bed, coffee table etc are nicely maintained. Bathroom: not that clean but ***ageable. WORTST thing was that you won't get hot water here. Even after repeated request at reception you won't get HOT WATER. Room Service: even WORSE. Ordered Paneer Handi, Dal Fry, Stuffed Kulcha, Lachcha Paratha, Jeevan Rice. The food was VERY TASTY. But, food was COLD. We got 2 plates for 3 people. On request we got them but after one have finished eating, second was half way through and third..... Staff: NOT HELPFUL. NON FRIENDLY. ASKED FOR ***AGER BUT DIDN'T HERE FROM HIM YET. Conclusion: I won't stay here again. A very unpleasant experience.

The service was really good. I have been coming to this hotel since the day it launched in 2018. The staff has always been accommodative and well spoken. The food is great and the rooms are also nice. People like Anukul (Aroma Restaurant), Rajnikant Ji ( Booking ***ager) are doing great work under the able guidance of Mr. Anant Ji. Recently I went there to conduct a National workshop and the staff coordinated superbly to ensure timely delivery of the whole workshop. Kudos to the team The prices might be on a pricey side but it's well worth the service you receive there.
