Nous y sommes déjà passés deux fois et nous réservons déjà en 2023. Vous avez la plage, deux courses de golf et de nombreux restaurants sur la propriété. Nous y étions pendant cinq jours et quatre nuits et vous en aimez. Vous pouvez également visiter la forêt tropicale à quelques minutes.

Victor Diana Excellent service et très précieuses recommandations sur la nourriture. Nous avons reçu une attention rigoureuse. Lorsque nous avons fini de manger, il va rapidement prendre les plats et les prendre. Tous les aliments ont été agréés.

C'est la première fois que nous avons visité l'hôtel et il n'y a aucun doute que nous reviendrons. Nous sommes allés avec nos enfants de moins de 10 ans et nos grand-mères. Je utilise des équipements de mobilité et nous avons tous eu accès pour le plaisir. Les installations et les options d'activité : piscine, forêt Pterocarpus, parc d'enfants et feu de nuit étaient excellentes et la nourriture était délicieuse. Le meilleur objet de l'expérience était le service et le personnel de l'hôtel. Xiomar et Carlos Serrano nous ont fourni des services de transport et quand nous avons demandé ce qu'il pouvait faire avec le fauteuil roulant, ils ont tous deux dit ne pas s'inquiéter, nous trouverons un moyen et ainsi ils l'ont fait. Le service de la clientèle a été très bien servi, mais il a répondu à toutes mes questions par téléphone. Gabriela nous a salus au bureau de front et dès notre arrivée, elle nous a fait sentir spécial et bien que je ne puisse pas capturer les noms des autres, tout le monde a littéralement quitté leur chemin pour fournir un bon service. L'hôtel est sans argent, vous devez donc apporter de l'argent pour pouvoir vous donner des conseils. Si elles ne arrivent pas tôt et ne se débarquent pas, il serait bon d'avoir l'option d'acheter.

We would definitely stay aty Fajardo Inn again! The facility was great and staff very friendly. Hoever, worth mentioning, if you stay outside of high season, the swim up and pool bar will be closed. Also, you aren't able to enter the property before checking in (4PM) luckily we were able to get an early checkin, but originally the security guard wouldn't even let us on to property to speak to front desk about early check in.
