Travelodge Saltash

Been staying at Saltash off and on with work. Great little hotel! Staff friendly rooms clean and it has a free car park which u don’t need to input car details. Could do with some money being put into this hotel but apart from that I sleep great and know I get looked after,. Thank you

Would like to thank the gentleman manning the desk when checking in - we had originally been allocated a room on ground floor, but wanted to get a quiet room, so an alternative was found on top floor - thank you

Stayed here a few times, very convenient for Cornwall and Devon. Good size room, comfortable bed, very clean. There’s a Tesco store just across the road, a short walk away. Get a room at the back if possible, it’s quieter and there’s some views.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. We found this Travelodge reasonably priced, clean and more than adequate. Reception staff helpful and friendly, supplying us with additional milk and toilet roll when needed. The onsite Burger King and Subway made it convenient to grab something to eat without leaving the building although there are plenty other shops and food outlets very close by. I would recommend you might want to bring your own extension lead as no USB or plug sockets near the bed and only limited sockets in the room.

Clean & fresh family room. Comfy beds. Very helpful friendly staff. Great location to explore the area & shops/eateries nearby. Took our 2 small dogs & it was great for them too. Highly recommend.

Every time we visit we eagerly wait to see what problem we will encounter. We have yet to have a stay without an issue.

Very pleasant staff. Quiet clean room and plenty of free parking. Great value stay with a waitrose supermarket and other amenities close by. Will definitely use again when we visit family in the area. Can be a bit tricky to find using the postcode given.

Needed somewhere to stay for one night, this turned out to be great value, very clean room, everything you need. Staff on check in were brilliant, nothing too much trouble. Can’t comment on the breakfast to go as I didn’t need it. Would definitely use again. Thanks to all.

I arrived at 3PM check in time. There was NOBODY at reception. Why?! I pointed this out to the lady and she seemed offended by it. I am a guest! The Burger King opposite. Please don't bother. Stale chips, burgers were okay but everything was barely warm. They charge ten pounds for a whopper meal. I expected a lot better. When the food is cooked well it's good but this time it wasn't! The beds were uncomfortable, the people in the room above me made the ceiling shake. There was constant noise from trucks. Very annoying, very distracting. Oh and even the tea tasted bad! I didn't think it was possible as I love PG but this tea tasted bad, something wrong with the packet of milk maybe. It tasted off. I didn't sleep at all. Nobody ever at reception. I walked to the all night petrol station to buy some food and caught a bus back at 5am. Cold, tired and very unhappy. So thank you for the experience or complete lack of! I will never return again!
