I booked a Heritage Deluxe Room & yet the staff checked me into an Imperial Deluxe Room. Worst of all, they claimed that there are few types of Heritage Deluxe Room. It’s simply absurd & ridiculous !!! We are not blind & it’s sooo obvious or rather a very clear difference on the 2 types of room !!! We call their Reception claiming that we want the Room that we see on the photo & then, was given the key card to another room. They never even bother to bring or help us with our luggages to the ‘correct’ room type !!!
Simply very shocked that they dare to cheat on us !!!

The worse hotel ever!! How is it rated 4stars!! There’s no swimming pool since 3 years ago and trip dot com still posted on website with swimming pool, playground etc!! In fact there’s no facilities at all!! The rooms AC are all leaking like rain storm!! The bath towels are all dirty with black stains and smelly stinks like worse then public toilets!! The rooms are like old war warehouse!! They don’t even deserve a 1star rating and how is it rated 4 star!! Those reviews on line are all fake reviews!! They posted false information so never ever trust those reviews and
ranking anymore!! They can just pay ppl to write in good reviews to get traffic!!

Booked 2 bedrooms apar**ent and it was explicitly good. The staff were all nice and we had a great stay. Just across dataran pahlawan and hatten so the location is very convenient.

The location is great. It’s just a walking to one of the biggest Mall in Malacca and restaurants. The hotel service is average. The front desk service is below the average. I need to wait for more than 20 minutes before I can check in because the room is still not ready. There are few guests having the same issue. Overall, the stay is good.

Strategic location: Walking distance to Dataran Pahlawan and attractive places
Room comfort: Booked Junior Suites room, the room has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed. Have a living room with TV, dining area & kitchenette with basic cutleries. The bed sheets are clean, no complaints. Just the floor is a bit cracked at the corner but harmless.
Breakfast: Breakfast was good with a variety of meals to choose from. Stalls outside the restaurant serve hot meals where they cook upon request i.e roti canai, fried mee/kuey teow/bihun and nasi goreng.
Overall is great! Definitely will come again.

Our favourite hotel when we go to Melaka. Location is strategic near to Banda Hilir and in fact in front of Dataran Pahlawan Megamall. Walking distance to Hatten, Mahkota Parade and Taman Melaka Raya- nearby 7eleven, mamak restaurants, Watsons and Family mart. I CAN VOUCH ROOM ALWAYS CLEAN & DEFINITELY LOVE THE COMPLETE AMENITIES PROVIDED. Iron & Iron board & slippers in the room yes so convenient. Definitely we will coming back to this hotel each time visiting Melaka. Keep up good service!

We love this Hotel for the location is very strategic to move around the city.
We were quite disappointed on the Amenties and the room Aircon which needs maintenance for the indoor unit is very noisy (unable to get a good sleep) and the shower head holder broken. We had to just hang it onto the tap.
Kindly upkeep your maintenance periodically to avoid unnecessary complaints.
