服務人員熱情耐心，沒有給小費但是依舊很熱情，可是我六點要去坐水飛，晚上説好早上有早餐，但是早上卻沒有給我坐，門口就是海灘，很漂亮還可以游泳！房間很小，但是基本設施都齊全，周邊飯館也很多，過渡一個晚上完全沒問題。總體好評吧

My recent stay at Vista Beach Retreat left much to be desired. Firstly, the room was disappointingly small, and upon entering, I noticed a strong paint smell. When I brought this up to the staff, they simply attributed it to opening the balcony, which did not address the issue. Secondly, I specifically requested a wake-up call for my early morning flight at 5:00 AM, but unfortunately, the reception forgot to follow through on this request. As a result, I almost missed my flight, adding unnecessary stress to my departure. Furthermore, during check-out, no staff members came forward to offer assistance or inquire about my stay. This lack of attentiveness and customer service is unacceptable and only adds to the overall disappointment of my experience. While I found the food to be passable, it was not enough to redeem the shortcomings of the hotel. While the owner may be well-intentioned, it's evident that the staff are in need of training or additional support to provide a more hospitable environment for guests. In conclusion, my stay at Vista Beach Retreat was a regrettable experience, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others. Unless significant improvements are made, I will not be returning for a second visit.

Budget hotel. Facing hulumale beach. We got a room with a view. But rooms are falling into a state of disrepair. Bathroom door had no latch. Some fixtures were broken. Sofa was frayed and old. Furniture too looks run down. Breakfast buffet is most basic. We preferred to eat out. Not for family stay, okay for a layover before heading to resort or islands.

We went from India and our Maldives journey started from this hotel. This small hotel is very good and we got sea facing rooms. The room where we stayed was perfect. First time I saw remote controlled celling fan having multicolored lights. We can see the sea right from our hotel bed. Love the complementary breakfast. Staffs are very helpful. Free hi speed internet available. Negative things: The water bottle prices is overcharged. Better to buy those bottles from outside market. If you have children travelling with you please be alert and extra cautious of extended portion of balcony in front of hotel for every floors. As the portion of designs are totally open, one can fall through those gaps.

Disgusting hotel. The attitude of the staff is negligent. The rooms are old and run down, in need of a complete refurbishment. The breakfasts are not very good. We left early in the morning to the airport and we were promised to collect breakfast in the evening and in the morning they said that they had forgotten. There are cockroaches, spiders and other animals in the room. No cleaning at all, you will be sitting in a dirty room facing a wall with smelly towels.

Pros: * The View from the room & Balcony. * Great Location with lot of shops around. * Staffs are very friendly & great behavior. Specially Mr. Lutfor is simply outstanding. He made our trip memorable by his extraordinary efforts & service. The SriLankan guy from the front desk is also very nice & cooperative. * We requested for upper floor room & they given us best view room in upper floor as per our dream. * They are very prompt in reply in *********** massage service. Instantly replied all the query of mine several times. Cons: * Breakfast can be improved little bit. * Airport Transfer service needs to be improved. As we booked Private Transfer (USD 10) but they provide us shared basis transfer.

Situated in just beside the beach. Location is quite good and have lots of things surrounding. Their Bangladeshi staff was quite lovely and pleasant. To explore the city one day is good enough. If any one want to perform water sports can do. To avail Submarine ride Hulhumale is the best place considering than other places.

I stay in hulumale many times and different hotel always but this hotel the most bad I visit, the staff very very rude not smile, don’t know how to great customer!!! Room big but very dirty, poor cleanliness, they said we have breakfast but on breakfast only have fruit. Not worth it price and service!!!!!
