I stayed at this hotel with a friend for our girls holiday and was sadly disappointed with the treatment we received. Whilst the hotel itself was satisfactory, the staff were incredibly rude and had no respect for our privacy. We sat on our balcony to have pre drinks prior to the club, chatting and playing music although not too loudly, and one of the staff members walked over, grabbed our speaker and walked off with it and then told us to ‘f*ck off’ when we went to get it back. Additionally, we were woken up early every morning by the manager banging aggressively on our door, shouting at us for drinking on the balcony and for chatting to our neighbours. The manager even stole our neighbours balcony chairs as some sort of punishment. The staff were rude the entire time and seemed to be against us having fun, despite the fact that the hotel is placed directly in the middle of the Malia *****. If you are looking for a family holiday, do not stay here as there will be noise coming from the ***** until at least 6am. And if you are looking for a fun holiday with a group of friends, be cautious about staying here as they will not allow you to go into your friends rooms or make any small amount of noise past 10pm. Extremely disappointed to say the least, if staff hadn’t been so rude the experience would’ve been a lot better.

Decent hotel and location. Came here as a group of lads and found there to be somewhat mixed messages about what the atmosphere in the hotel was meant to be. We were constantly reminded that it was a family hotel, yet the demographic (bar a few geriatrics) suggested that this was indeed a party hotel. Some of our balcony furniture was broken by the yobbos in the apartment above throwing their furniture over the balcony. Despite explaining this and the people upstairs admitting to it, we were charged £60 for the damage nonetheless. The reviews complaining about being charged for WiFi, the safe, or air con don't appear to be true - we were not ripped off for basic hotel amenities. The taxi driver for the transfers can be recommended - the hotel will point you in his direction; he is the owner's son. Overall, we were not quite treated with the contempt of other visitors (according to other reviews) although the bollocking we were given for one of the apartments having a poorly fitting patio door, the lock on which then broke, and the fact that we were charged for our neighbours damage is hard to swallow. Would I come back? Doubt it, but I wouldn't completely write it off.

Niko is the star of the show. Funniest man I think we’ve ever met. Went as a lads holiday, group of 5. Perfect. Walk out the front doors of hotel and your in the middle of the *****. But yet, no noise can really be heard in hotel if balcony door is closed. Perfect for both partying and quieter holidays. Cleaners always kept the place clean. Staff incredibly friendly (especially niko). Biko would entice you down and introduce you to new arrivals. Perfect wingman. Breakfast is decent quality if you book that it’s open til 10:30. Pool brilliant. Not massive but clean and deep enough to enjoy with in pool seating. Rooms are good size, showers and sinks good water projection. No cleanliness issues. Snacks and meals can be ordered at bar. Great alcoholic deals. Great group of people. And lots of girls for you to meet - I’m sure Niko will introduce you. Top man. Would return undoubtedly. Very cheap too

Great accommodation with kind staff and decent rooms. Although the rooms were small they were just what we needed. They had a very small kitchen with a comping stove and limited kitchen utensils but was still able to cook. The pool was great and the bar/cafe served good food and drink. It is right on the ***** so good for young people and safe to get back too. Cleaners came every few days and changed sheets and towels which was very handy. Overall good experience, perfect for young people (we where a group of 12 girls) and would recommend

Very good location. Near restaurant, bars , supermarket and pharmacy. Walking distance to the beach. Everything is clean, looks very good. It’s a family running hotel. They are very friendly and make you feel very welcome and they are very helpful. Brilliant breakfast!!!! Thank you very much to make my holidays so great! Wi-Fi actually works every where in there! It may be a bit noise in July and August because is in the *****, but at the end of September it was perfect.

Booked a break with my partner they gave us single beds and wanted 70 euros for Aircon was never mentioned when booking..put is in a terrible room nothing like what we saw on the second day a guy was listening to music on his phone on the top balcony and was told turn it down would never have booked this place but otb and jet 2 mislead also they actually share their pool with 2 other complex trust me there's way better than a hostel rooms sheets changed once in 7 days with towels too do yourself a favor a research your hotels

malia is a great party place, went many times, but the best thing u can do is get urself a hotel on the main ***** right in the centre of everything! will never forget the feeling of walking out and being right on the *****, music blasting, so crowded. hotel is cheap as of price, clean nice rooms nice food nice staff and nice pool. cant wait for covid to be over so malia can be the same as back in 2019.

Visited Malia and booked 2 rooms with 3 people each at Mirage. Upon entry we were told by the short man that it would be 50 euros per room for air conditioning for the stay. Talking to other guests at the hotel we realised no one else was being made to pay this other than us? He also tried to convince us to pay this by saying if we bought girls back he would ‘look the other way’ about giving us a fine. Seems like a way to just con us out of more money. Granted we were drunk and lively, just as you’d expect from boys on a holiday to Malia however the management acts as if it’s a family hotel and not some apartments literally on the *****. On the first night here we had come back at early morning hours and were simply talking in our room with the doors closed. The same short man forced himself in our room and proceeded to give us a half an hour lecture on why we shouldn’t be loud. Fair enough. A few nights later we came home again, we’re being moderately quiet with the occasional laugh and the same man from management had climbed from the rear of our room from the balcony, come in and told us to pack all our stuff and we were getting kicked out. After telling him we wouldn’t be shouted at the top of his lungs for a good half an hour ( when his whole point was we were being loud ) and finally left. Other than this the rooms were okay sized, the pool was good and the location great. If you can be bothered to deal with the people working there I’d say take the risk but if you want to bring guests back or have a laugh with your mates in your own rooms I wouldn’t recommend.

Hotel situato in una posizione tattica, quest'ultimo infatti è ubicato in mezzo alla via dei club, il che ha i suoi vantaggi e svantaggi. Non solo si trova anche a metà tra la città vecchia e il Mare. Qualità/prezzo molto buona, l'hotel ha a disposizione una piscina per rilassarsi. Personale molto disponibile e gentile, tra tutti menzioniamo il guardiano notturno Nico!
