Location very easy to find 100 met-re in mall road good quality wooden room staff service good service fast

Everything is good and stay and rooms staff all are very helpful and location is very good very near to mall rode and I love to stay again ❤️

Ajay thakur on reception was very nice to us. He is very fair n polite. But the other guy who takes your food order was too aggressive and sometimes very co-operative. I think he has mood swings. On our very first day he help us to get breakfast (paratha)early for my infant who was crying. N make him comfortable. On next day he went little rude when my wife called for another paratha n when i was going for check out he again has mood swings he went aggressive n talk rudely and mr. Ajay thakur immediately takes action n told him this is not the way to talk with our guest. Kamal was very nice boy n helpious. Always helping with smile. Room was clean n washroom was clean. Mr. Ajay responded quickly whenever we need anything and at 12a. M. Midnight when i text him that we need extra blanket because weather was too cold he replied immediately and sent one more blanket. Greaser thode se aur behtar kiye ja sakte hai dikhne mein. Bake pani garm 24hrs aata hai. Overall good location to stay. Mr. Ajay thakur is very kind to us. Will recommend this hotel to others.

Totally rubbish services room was damp from inside and out side bathroom water tap nob is broken of one room, extreme dirt was lying out side balcony. As there was not mentioned is this hotel serve veg non veg both so vegetarian people get annoying as non veg is served, in fact this is mistake during agreement with hotel they don't discuss the same with hotel, we kind of jain people get problem a lot.

Unsafe for everyone hotel staff threatening like shoot at sight, insect under the pillow, all wall off room and bathroom holding high moisture, if you take breakfast then staff say 2 pratha is more, bed sheet bad smell

Manager ajay cheated me saying that we will provide a volvo bus for jammu and charged for volvo but bus was ordinary.

In one word, it is a perfect stay with excellent location just few steps from mall road market. The staff at the hotel is very cooperative and well behaved. It is like home away from home.

Poor maintained property. Location is horrible. No one attended call as shared by your side. No water provided. Single towel in bathroom that too was unwashed. Only two waiters in whole property. Never take breakfast in this property. It doesn't have restaurant. Breakfast means only prantha no omlet no eggs no sambar no cornflakes. Breakfast served on dusty tables i have clicked picks. Very poor property running only on one receptionist.
