Don't book this, if in case last property available, please try to have your food outside. I believe most of the reviews are fake and paid. I stayed here in mid July 2021. No doubt the location and property is really really good but the staff here is one of the worst i have ever seen. After visiting the property i planned a stay for around 15 days but couldn't complete 24 hours. Imagine the frustration caused and pathetic experience. Can't event call it experience it was torture. 1. They don't have running food supplies, they only had 2 Maggi packets, no milk for tea stating due to covid. 2. Literally there were layers of dust on the beds and room furniture. 3. Bathrooms were stinky and upon asking for cleaning, they just put room freshener. 4. Even ordering food 3 hours prior, they cooked something which even they were not able to eat. Upon asking to cook again, they said we don't have the raw material now. 5. The towels were not fresh. 6. They dont have intercom for connecting with the staff, u have to shout near the stairs, and its on discretion of the staff and ***ager if they want to visit or not. 7. The hotel ***ager was one of the most rude person ever 8. and on top of that, the electricity got messed up for half of the property, only few rooms with light and they made us shift at 12 in the night. Suggestion to the ***agement, please close this disaster, bad staff is one thing, they are really pathetic and useless. You guys are playing with emotions of people, they are there to enjoy not bang their heads with this rudeness and lethargy. If its a leased property, please close this and give back to the owner, you guys are destroying this beautifully constructed property.

Booked 3 night stay here but couldnt stay as family didnt find it comfortable. View from the hotel is ok but there is no shop or restaurant near by. Nothing gets delivered there. Balcony grills are not safe for children. And a terrible incident happened when we left. Owner of the property took out his anger on some other driver alleging that he convinced us to not stay there. Even after we confirmed that he had no role in this still they beaten up the driver.
