Malmaison Manchester Deansgate

Gorgeous stay. Hotel is just so fresh and new! Rooms are stunning. Amazing vibes and such a gorgeous location!! Gent on reception evening of Thursday 18th/Friday 19th morning, was so kind and helpful with taxis, advice on hotel, menus, and sky bar. Sky bar staff were all so helpful and the cocktails were beautiful. Big fan of Malmaison and it was great to be back. Such a quirky and fun brand and I was glad I could bring a friend to show them what it was all about. Thank you very much Mal♥️

Lovely hotel, very clean and well presented throughout. The staff were all very kind, considerate and helpful. Special mention for Grace who served our dinner. She was incredibly friendly and didn’t make us feel rushed during dinner, which is a huge bonus. She was quick to recommend food, and was very attentive throughout our meal. We ate at the bar and grill and the food was unbelievable. Would heartily recommend. All in all a great stay and will definitely be back.

Stayed here for one night on shopping trip to Manchester. Everything about this hotel is first class, central location, gorgeous rooms with eco friendly measures in place. Decor goegeous. Absolutely everything you need in the room and comfortable bed and pillows. Shower great. Security good as you could only use the lifts if you had a room key so as a single female I felt secure that no-one was wandering around the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and well presented with something for everyone and plenty of choice. Food high quality as was coffee from a high class machine. What really made this visit special was the staff - each member of staff I encountered (reception, bar, cleaning, breakfast assistants and evening security/concierge) and the Duty Manager were welcoming, professional, courteous, helpful and friendly with all going beyond their roles to make my stay wonderful. A great and friendly staffed hotel in the heart of Deansgate. The downstairs bar and staff led by Gabe were top class during our recent company trip. The restaurant in the ground floor offered a top class experience when dining at a reasonable rate along with great food.,

Great hotel and great service from Bailey and the team. In arriving yesterday at the hotel we had walked two miles with bags. As the room was being readied - Bailey saw that I needed some water and he sorted that and a drink for my wife. So considerate. We tried the roof top bar and also had dinner in chez mal and breakfast this morning. The whole team are so good with customer service paramount. We highly recommend.

Lovely hotel, super comfy beds and pillow. We very much enjoyed our welcome cocktails in the bar. Great breakfast with lovely efficient staff. Special shout out to Matilda on reception who greeted us on arrival and was super helpful throughout our stay.

Recently stayed at Malmaison and encountered a minor hiccup with the room, swiftly addressed by the attentive staff, particularly Tilly. Despite the initial bump, the outstanding service and prompt resolution ensured a positive experience. Looking forward to returning in the future!

I stayed here for my anniversary and it was absolutely incredible. The hotel is in such a great location and the decor is mesmerising. We were checked in by Matilda who welcomed us with the warmest smile, she was so excited for us that it was our anniversary and made the day even more special. We stayed in a Club Room and we couldn’t get over the personal touches, such as the Ferraro Roches. We will definitely be visiting again!

This is a lovely hotel and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The hotel is in a great location so easy to get around with lots close by. We stayed for breakfast and an evening meals which we all fantastic. Breakfast was an amazing choice which was all excellent quality in a very relaxing space, our evening meals equally excellent with a fantastic choice of dishes. We also used the bar which was equally a lovely space. The staff at this hotel are lovely! They work hard, go out of their way and are very friendly. The staff in the food areas are particularly lovely! The staff make this hotel. Our room was superb. We had an accessible room so not sure if that affects very much, but the room was very well decorated, big bathroom, the most comfortable bed, just fantastic! Also, first hotel I've stayed in where noise (outside or othet guests) hadn't been a problem- we heard nothing. So why not 5stars? The room is where looks have overtaken good or practical design. There is very little usable space for clothes in the bedroom. Manchester rains alot so if you come in with a wet coat where does it go? There wasn't a single hook or hanger in the room outside of the tiny wardrobe. In the tiny wardrobe with all your clean clothes isn't where I'd want to put wet clothes. Surely ahook or even a coat stand in the room seems sensible. Equally if you bring a suit or a long item of clothing you'll have no space for it. No hangers or hooks. We actually just lived out of our case for a few nights as while the room is big there are no shelves or storage spaces to use - not even for your smalls. This is echoed in the bathroom. Space around the sink is just about big enough for a small wash bag. I travel with my own toiletries for the shower but no space/shelf or anything for them - so they went on the floor. Not the end of the world but while the space looks great, unpractical. It's all easy fixes but really let the room down.
