Avis : Fersal Hotel - Manila

The hotel is affordable in price but not in their service😇 we chose to stay here since we’re also beating deadlines with our work, very conducive to focus on our paperworks from our own jobs😘

My family booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my brother'sgraduation. Fersal Hotel is by the intersection near UST so be ready to hear firetrucks, ambulance, and cars honking. Convenient to walk outside even at night. They will not automatically clean up your room so make sure to put the "Make Up My Room" signage on the door handle. We forgot to do so but the staff accomodated our request to fix our room when we arrived. Additional bed cost 700pesos. They have parking space for 5 cars and it is first come first serve basis. The room has a light smell probably coz it is a bit old. My mom remarked that the hotel probably needs to change their curtains so it will look a bit new. Both the air-conditioning and fridge looks old but it kept us frozen to the point that we have to turn it off. They also have dormitories for 2 pax for 10k-15k per month. The housekeeping lady (Ms. Tere I think) was nice and very accommodating.They has toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo with conditioner, cotton buds, towels, hangerss, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and pitcher (you will need to get water by the dispenser near the elevator). Good stay so far. We'll probably book this again.

This is our go to hotel when we need a place to stay in Manila. The rooms are decent enough, there was this one time where the room doesn’t smell good, but they immediately went to the room to soray and check. Amenties are a bit old but still functional. Some rooms are big some are just okay.

Good accommodation, they are also kind, always smiling, and easy to approach whenever I ask for directions. This is my second check-in here this year, and they never disappoint me with their kindness.

Good,service and accomodating staff..next time we visit again this ferzal hotel very near in my family place in Manila..

Room is okay, ac is working and can make the room temp cool. Have Freebies, and walking distance from sm san lazaro if you love walking.

Terrible Hotel. Parking Space is not good for big/family car. Given they were a run-down hotel but still staffs are inconsiderate. We already checked-in late but still being disturbed to pay for more. This hotel should not be in Trip. Beware guys!

All in all stay was good. The room was clean, AC cold. The only issue I had was the toilet seat cover - it had burn marks and dents and can just be replaced lol but then again, we had a good stay. Kudos to the strong wifi, I was able to work all night long

It’s a bit old and it’s room and cr are not spacious.

Cozy place and great staff.

Far from the airport and no Airport Shuttle service. Staff is excellent. No NBA TV. Channels not clear and mostly Tagalog. Noisy place at night. Everything else was great.

Excellent and awesome location.

good location with good amenities, i have my own small fridge inside the room and electric kettle, they also provide coffee and tea, the room is clean and has a double lock feature for people inside, the bathroom is clean with a bidet, and the service is also good!

It was a comfortable stay. :)
