Lodge at Tap Haus

A real surprise. Friendly staff, very helpful. Had a meal in the restaurant 25% deduction as I was staying, making everything very reasonable. Pleasant room, well equipped, everything I needed for a single overnight stay. Special mention to Louis, table service, helpful and friendly.

WELL WHERE DO I START I HAD MY BIRTHDAY PARTY WITH MY AWSOME FAMILY THE NIGHT FROM BEGINNING TO END THE STAFF LOUIS ESPECIALLY WERE AWSOME SO FUNNY SO PROFESSIONAL ALSO LISA FROM MANAGEMENT WHO WAS SO BRILLIANT MADE SURE WE ALL ENJOYED EVERYTHING THE FOOD WHICH WAS TRULY TRULY FANTASTIC AS IT ALWAYS IS LISA ALSO CHECKED WE WERE HAPPY WITH DRINKS WHICH THIER COCKTAILS WHERE BEAUTIFULLY MADE AND PRESENTED LISA, LOUIS ABD EVERYONE AT TAP HAUS,MANSFIELD ROAD REALLY REALLY MADE MY BIRTHDAY PARTY SO AWSOME LOUIS CARRIED OUT MY CAKE ABD BOTH HIM AND LISA JOINED IN SINGING HAPPY BIRTHDAY WITH US THEY ALWAYS FEEL LIKE PART OF OUR FAMILY MY FAMILY GUESSED AND MYSELF AND MY WIFE WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY 5 STAR RATING NOT JUST ON FOOD BUT FOR EVERYTHING EVERYTIME WE VISIT THANK YOU EVERYBODY FROM EVERYONE OF US LASTNIGHT WAS MY BEST PARTY EVER.SAM AND JULIE + FAMILYxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxCANT WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL SOON.WE RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE ALL AGES ITS THE BEST PLACE EVER TRY IT ONCE YOULL SEE YOU'LL BE IMPRESSED EVERYTIME xxxxx

We went to tap Haus to hand in our meal menu for my wifes birthday party on friday.we were met at the door by a manageress called Sandra she was truly amazing we were shown to our table we pre booked and Sandra made sure we were comfortable all the time we were there and overlooked the waitress serving us and Sandra took time out to come and talk to us every opportunity she had and she really made us laugh and feel like we were valued customers as we saw her do with everybody she made our night AMAZING also the food we were served was fit for a king and queen the chef,waiters and Sandra were AWSOME we will definitely return thank you everyone.....

We were greeted straight by Louis,he fetched Hazel the dog water & a treat.The food was delicious & well presented.Louis & Tom both chatted to us & made us feel very welcome,Hazel managed to get another biscuit from Tom too.

THIS WAS MYSELF AND MY WIFES 2ND VISIT TO TAP HAUS AND IT WAS THE BEST FOOD,BEST SERVICE AND BEST ALL ROUND NIGHTS OUT WE HAVE EVER HAD WE HAVE COMPLETELY FELL IN LOVE WITH THE PLACE,STAFF +MANAGAGERS

Would not stay here again Bar is the nice staff are friendly the rooms are clean. H hotel it is not after hours the rooms become overrun by drunken teens who crayon the party into the early hours. There is no staff on site and no way to complain at £90 per night I would expect more.

we stopped here last year and was so pleased to return . The beds are very comfy and cleaned upto an excellent standard . The golf co**** on the rear of the property as some great views . When we was checked in we got a 25% off voucher for the restaurant on site and I can honestly say the food was amazing. Next time I’d like to stop for 2 nights just so I can experience more from the menu! Also there is a huge car park that’s free so that’s a added bonus. All in all a lovely place to stop

Not bad , check in ok although u do need passport or driving licence for the process . Friendly staff. room clean and comfortable on the whole just one flat pillow provided per person, did ask at reception shortly after check in for another was told they would sort it but they never did appear, which did make for a poor night sleep unfortunately. We were on a stopover between Scotland and the south coast so a good nights sleep would of been appreciated . Breakfast is served I believe just Saturday and Sundays for extra charge , we decided to check out and go elsewhere. Although evening meal in restaurant was good and 25% discount on food as we were staying in lodge a bonus but service very very slow .

I arrived at 22:25 and check -in was supposedly open till 23:00. The place was shut and Bookings.com had to try to wake someone to let us in. The door to the accommodation opened to let us in 23:40ish. The stairwell smelt bad, like a wet dog had slept in that confined space for sometime. The carpet in the room felt like the said dog had a roll round there too.You couldn't walk on the carpet with bare feet as it made your feet sticky. Worst value place I've stayed in for years.
