This is not a cheap hotel but there are ***y details that make you believe it is. No hot water in the shower, frequent power shortages, sketchy bar where people leave smelling really bad and the worst of all, they don’t even offer a decent chai masala (just black teabags). My wife went to the ladies restroom in the lobby before check-out and it was completely dirty, smelly and with fecal matter all over the place. Besides that, the food is good and the staff really tries hard to give a good impression, but for the price they charge, I would suggest other options.

One of the best properties to stay in heart of the city Mathura. Was here on business trip for consecutive weeks and felt very much homely throughout my stay. The hospitality and the overall vibe here make you feel comfortable and safe. Rooms are well cleaned, and every safety protocol is followed by staff diligently. The front desk, housekeeping, Restaurant and all staff are there for prompt services with warm greet in such a pleasant way that will make you feel more special. Special mention to Front office team : Mr. Madan, Mr. Amit, Mr. Umesh for a very warm welcome, quick check-in’s and courtesy call's…truly impressed! Mr. Ashish : Hotel GM, is always at his best to make your overall stay more comfortable…Thanks ! Brijwasi Royal, Mathura leaves no stone unturned to make sure that you realise the true meaning of “ Athithi Devo Bhava” ! …. Surely visiting again…and again !!

Hotel is at nice place , location is great , but the rooms are old , furniture and fixtures are old not up to date as per charges . Food is great , service is great Early checkin or late checkout is an issue in the place they don’t provide even in extra charges . Generally it is booked hence the issue will anyways pop up for late checkout if required

I was stayed at brijwasi royal from last couple of month, their eminites and facilities which offered is superb, food quality is also good, a complete comfortable stay, Here I mention a special thanks to front disk, specially mentioned a gratitude thanks to Mr. Madan Singh Rawat who always make a help for smoother booking, he is very gentle and polite, To be honest, I don’t know how you ***age to do such a good job every single time. The service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. I really liked the amenities.” Never underestimate the value of hot, fresh coffee in the morning, free wifi, flat-screen TVs, and even high-end soap dispensers.The staff was really kind and willing to attend any request. *****side thoughtful amenities and general comfort, an efficient staff that excels at personal attention is a must-have for all hotels. I had a wonderful experience at Brijwasi Royal. Every staff member I encountered from security, check-in, cleaning till check-out were delightful, polite and eager to help. The rooms were clean, hygienic & very comfortable. All temple and old market of mathura are close to the hotel. The restaurant was fantastic, my family members enjoyed the delicious food. Thank you Brijwasi Royal for making our family trip comfortable and memorable. I will always recommend Brijwasi Royal to my family, friends and colleagues. Waiting for the next trip 😊

I am staying in room 201. This is very ill maintained hotel. Food is tasteless and expensive . Staff behaves badly and are ***nerless. Most people staying here are either stag or unmarried couple. This is certainly not a place to visit with family

Hotel Royal Brijwasi is a property near the Mathura railway station. It is a decent 3-star hotel with deluxe, super deluxe and suite AC rooms. We visited in April 2022 during COVID and booked the deluxe AC room. Tarrif for one night was INR 3000 excluding breakfast. Booking was done through goibibo.com and hence we could not avail the free breakfast option. The hotel has a policy that any bookings through online portals can not avail the breakfast. An extra price of INR 350 per person is to be made for the same. The rooms are clean and service is good. We faced issue with hot water though, which was fixed. It is ideal for visiting temples in Mathura. However if you plan to visit the Vrindavan temples, then this place is a bit far. Around 13 km. Very good environment,staff. Healthy stay.rooms are clean. Food is tasty. Recommended to stay. Room services are fast. Nearer to temples. Nice views outsides . Humble staff,also very helpful. Way of talking is pleasant.
