It is an aged onsen hotel, facilities are old but staff carry good hospitality

Although it is hard to get to Shirahone Onsen, I absolutely enjoyed staying at Shirafune Grand Hotel. Very cozy and excellent for quiet relaxation

老飯店。不過非常乾淨，服務也很好。在如今的日本，也可以算是相對容易access的秘境溫泉了。值得一遊。

從上高地遊玩後坐車過去，要在澤度（k20）換車。在白骨温泉下車後就是案內，有一位長者會詢問你預訂的酒店，之後給酒店打電話，酒店有車接（雖然不遠但都是上山路）。服務態度很好，前台遇到一位香港人，非常耐心的幫我們規劃第二天的行程。温泉有露天。

房間比較小，但什麼都有。服務一流。餐食非常棒，兩天不重樣。從白骨到平湯，請前台小姐姐約了出租，極其順利。懷念這個幽深的祕境。

酒店有規模，房間温暖，餐食好，有接送巴士站的班車。

服務人員態度友善，但他們真的很繁忙， 用餐時候上菜比較慢

冬場のアクセスは悪いです。 旅館としては部屋の清潔感もあり、アメニティも充実してました。 白骨温泉として注目していた温泉については宿泊したのが冬場だったせいか、露天風呂はぬるかったです。大浴場は少し熱めで、バランスは取れていました。 食事は鮭、山菜類、牛肉、蕎麦、鍋、岩魚　等の地方の美味いものが凝縮されており大満足でした。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

My family of four stayed in a corner suite comprising of a large living room and a smaller bedroom. We also requestedfor a dpuble futon mattress and a humidifier which the hotrl provided. The onsrn, both indoor and outdoor was amazing. So sothing to just immerse in the theraupetic waters after each day of long trekking. The food was also outstanding. We stayed for 3 days and every dinner each day was different and specially customised to our dietary preferences. We slept soundly each night. The chillt mountain air kept us all tucked in bed for long hours. Shirafune Grand is prob the largest and most modrtn ryokan complex in shirahone onsen. Am glad we did pur extensive research and opted to stay with them.
