Ma famille est restée à Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Feb 18-Mar 4, 2023. Comme toujours, nous avons eu une merveilleuse visite à Pueblo Bonito. Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants aux merveilleux gens qui travaillent si dur pour rendre notre vacances relaxantes. Melissa et Enrique sont très aimables et utiles. Melissa nous a pris si bonne attention. Mon fils est malade quand nous étions là et elle s'est assurée de nous aider à trouver un médecin. Il ne s'était jamais senti mieux ! A Cordelier, Carmen, Jairo, Claudio, Nahu, Ariel sans échec sont accueillant et attentif. Les chaises de salon de la piscine sont très inconfortables, il était très difficile d'en sortir. Il y avait aussi un employé, Idilia, en face de la lobby, qui était extrêmement rude. Elle nous a approchés quand nous attendions et commençons à nous respirer.

J'étais là trois semaines. Excellent emplacement. SUPER STAFF. J'avais 9ème étage devant l'eau. CLEAN AS A WHISTLE!! La bande de plage était un peu beaucoup ...Mexican polka ...mais c'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner tous les matins était une super façon de commencer la journée. Tout le monde a travaillé dur pour faire mon séjour grand. Le ”refriger dans la chambre n'était pas un réfrigérateur...it juste ressemblait à un. Le personnel l'a remplacé, à aucun prix. TRANSPORT AVEC INSULIN, un réfrigérateur non fonctionnel était une préoccupation. L'hôtel doit s'attaquer à cela!

L'hôtel est situé au cœur de la vieille ville, à 30 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport. 5-10 minutes à pied de la plage, de beaux paysages. Le buffet du restaurant au premier étage de l'hôtel est très bon, de style mexicain, 180 pesos/personne, 66 RMB/personne, le service est très bon ! Il y a plusieurs restaurants autour de l'hôtel, et le bâtiment est très beau, de style complètement espagnol. Performances d'artistes sur la petite place près de dimanche, le niveau est extrêmement élevé !

Le vrai Mexique et la plus belle plage. Mais surtout le personnel est vraiment accueillant, que ce soit au buffet avec Roberto qui apprend une nouvelle phrase en français chaque jour ou dans l’un des restaurants à la carte où le service est exceptionnel. Mention spéciale à Jaime, serveur d’une rare excellence, qui se souvient non seulement de ce que vous aimez boire mais aussi de votre nom et qui n’hésitera pas à vous conseiller le meilleur plat sur la carte ou à ajouter une ou deux chansons québécoises dans la playlist de son resto. Je m’y suis sentie comme chez moi dès le premier jour. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Si vous voulez vivre le Québec au chaud, allez au Holiday Inn mais pour vivre le Mexique, le Playa Mazatlan est définitivement un incontournable.

Al leer los comentarios iba con las más bajas expectativas y pues la verdad fue una buena experiencia, las habitaciones son pequeñas pero para sólo dormir está bien, el personal es amable, da la impresión de no estar completamente limpio el hotel pero no vi nada que lo compruebe, llame varias veces a recepción por diferentes situaciones y atendieron rápido. Solo el acceso al hotel y elevadores me parece que cualesquiera puede ingresar y no se dan cuenta pero muy buena ubicación y la alberca la verdad vale muchísimo la pena, iba con mis niños pequeños y agradezco el horario de la alberca porque nos permitieron disfrutarla.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The location was great for walking, catching a Palmonia for a tour, going to Mass at rhe Cathedral, and picking up amazing bakery at a place called Panama. The staff were friendly and hard working. Marco was a ”stand out” at the pool bar. He was super friendly and remembered us the next day. He is going places! We ate at the Thai restaurant the first night which was very good. Italian, the 2nd night was average. We enjoyed the live piano and the singer/waiter. The sushi restaurant was excellent our 3rd night. We were on the all-inclusive plan. Breakfast at El Patio across the street pretty good. Take bridge to get there. The place is perfect for families with kids! The kids loved the pool area and cliff jumping. It was very noisy even in our room since we overlooked the pool. The pillow cases were too short for the pillows and the sheets too short for the mattress. Fortunately, the mattress was comfortable. Pro Tip: Pool at the El Cid Granada is quiet and peaceful if you need this. We moved to a more peaceful resort on the outskirts for the next 3 nights.

La location est superbe, la piscine est très belle et le restaurant ”condimento” est super pendant le petit-déjeuner buffet. Cependant, je ne recommande pas l'hôtel pour les raisons suivantes : - Mon chambre était horrible, datée et dans mauvais état. Il y a des bugs dans le plafond. - Les halls de l'hôtel ont mal parfumé en raison du bagage stocké à l'extérieur du plancher (je dispose de photos) et de l'immobilier ouvert à côté de la porte avec une zone de décharge de bagages juste à côté de l'hôtel Emporio. - Le parking de la valet a pris trop de temps pour ramener les véhicules aux clients. - Le bar a été assisté par des jeunes sans savoir quel service a été fourni aux clients, les gardiens et les barmans ont besoin d'être formés. Les clients ont dû aller au bar parce que les clients n'ont pas rapprocher de personne pour commander ou boire. Les bars ont été très inconfortables, mais ils n'ont pas pu apporter de café, d'eau ou de nourriture à mon hôtel. Le petit déjeuner buffet est très bien situé, le service est très bon.

L'hôtel est simple et familial. Il est situé dans une zone centrale où vous pouvez vous rendre**** facilement à différents points de tourisme et de divertissement. Je suis ravi de mentionner que les personnes qui travaillent à l'hôtel sont traitées chaudement, amables et se sentent dans un environnement hospitalier; je pense que c'est la meilleure caractéristique du lieu. Je ne vois que la mention dans le règlement de l'hôtel, où ils interdisent l'introduction de denrées alimentaires et de boissons dans les airs de distribution, ce qui est décevant. En dehors de cela, il est une bonne option de passer du temps en famille et de connaître cette merveilleuse ville.

I've sat on this for a few days because it's hard to sum up everything that happened at the Oceano Palace. It was a tough trip but I do want to give kudos to the staff who did their best to make us feel welcome and taken care of. - After a very long travel day, check-in took close to an hour and we were given zero instruction on how things operated -- bracelet policy, towel lending, restaurant schedules, etc. We were just handed a key and sent on our way - Night one half of our room flooded because our air conditioner was leaking. It took 4 days for them to fix it so we just kept piles of towels under the dripping in hopes of containing the mess - My family is from the U.S. and most of us do not speak fluent Spanish-- no big deal! We understand we're in Mexico and were ready to dive right in! -- a couple employees were very kind and patient with us but many were incredibly rude. The two bartenders than run the indoor-outdoor bar by the pool most of the day made fun of the ”Gringas” every time we came to get a drink. It was demoralizing and I eventually just started sending my husband because I was tired of being treated that way. -The restaurant staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the buffet food made 9 out of the 11 people in our group very very ill. We paid for an all inclusive package but were only able to enjoy the food the first half of the week. The last few days we ordered fast food through Uber Eats. I did not think I would be eating KFC and McDonalds and a beautiful Mexican resort. - Ice and water were difficult to come by. We didn't drink the tap water and didn't trust anything but bottled water by the end of the trip. Each time we asked for more water I felt like we were being a nuisance. -The pool -- the pool and beach area are beautiful and they DO get crowded but that is to be expected. Our first few days there, right at the entrance off the property to the beach, there was a broken pipe leaking black liquid that ran a river right to the ocean. It smelled like sewage and seemed extremely dangerous as we had to step around it each time we went on and off the beach. - Activities, I'm saving the best part of the trip for last-- Leo and the group of employees leading resort activities work their butts off. They always have a smile and are welcoming to everyone at the resort-- even the sole American family (that's us!). On July 4th, the activities crew wished us a Happy Independence Day (and we're not particularly patriotic...) and told us that todays activities were dedicated to the holiday. It was an extremely kin gesture with a sole purpose of making us feel welcome. The entire resort should take their lead because if they did, this experience would have been amazing. I would not recommend anyone stay at the Oceano Palace mostly because as I'm writing this I'm still very ill from what I consumed on the property. I was so excited to go to a location that wasn't full of U.S. tourists but I did expect a bit more kindness. I know the U.

J'ai fait une réservation par leur site le même jour que je me suis réservé. Quand j'y suis arrivé, j'ai payé encore parce qu'ils ne pouvaient pas trouver la réservation que j'ai faite en ligne. Ils l'ont finalement trouvé tard le lendemain matin et ils ont pris plus de 2 heures pour me rembourser. Le personnel était étonnant et si gentil. La vue de l'océan à partir de l'hôtel est étonnant aussi. Pour vérifier les serviettes de piscine vous devez laisser votre ID. J'ai volé mes serviettes pendant que nous étions dans la piscine. Ils ont dit qu'ils devaient examiner les caméras de sécurité! Donc, avec tout ce qui a été dit appeler pour s'assurer qu'ils ont votre réservation et ne pas avoir volé vos serviettes!!!

pro - bon endroit, belle chambre, service merveilleux, personnel très utile con - horrible parking, a eu un débris profond sur le pendule nous n'avons pas remarqué jusqu'à des heures après la sortie, petite stationnement très difficile à trouver, donner des clés à la valet pour déplacer les véhicules autour, probablement plus sûr pour rechercher parking rue; La fenêtre de la salle de bain (508) ne sera pas fermée, pendule brisé; petit déjeuner buffet gratuit dans une petite zone encombrée dans le lobby principal, la ligne était trop longue pour le profiter.

Nous avons eu 3 enfants âgés de 6, 12 et 15 ans, nous avons eu un moment merveilleux. Nous avons décidé de partir avec le paquet complet. Nous avons eu un moment difficile de trouver des révisions sur l'intégralité, donc nous avons décidé de lui donner une chance. Nous sommes heureux de l'avoir fait. C'était la valeur de l'argent. La cuisine était bonne, les boissons étaient bonnes, et nous avons apprécié certaines excursions, y compris la lingerie de zip et le voyage à Deer Island. Il a appris ce que nous aimez et comment nous aimez les choses et est proactive pour s'assurer que nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait. Il était amusant et son service était une grande partie de notre temps était si relaxant et spécial. Nous aimé aussi que le camping était si proche de l'océan. L'eau était si chaude et nous avons eu un grand temps à jouer dans l'eau avec nos enfants. Les chambres nous ont donné un bon endroit pour se reposer quand nous avons eu trop chaud ou nous avons besoin d'une pause. Le WiFi nous a bien servi et était assez rapide pour streaming des films et pour faire une longue réunion de travail Zoom. Nous avons eu un grand temps et espérons que nous pourrons revenir un jour.

Il y a beaucoup de raisons que je préfère l'hôtel Palms. Le premier est situé dans la zone dorée située au centre. Les chambres sont propres et le climatisateur se réfrigère comme tout le monde le souhaite. Les temps que j'ai séjourné ici ont eu une chambre avec deux lits doubles, un petit réfrigérateur, un café de taille de l'hôtel, petites chaises de table 2, un bureau avec une chaise, une télévision à écran plat environ 36 pouces, un placard sécurisé et de fer. Les chaînes de télévision pour les personnes parlant anglais sont Fox News, CNN international, TNT, A &E, Cinemax et Fox. Je suis ravie que le bain, la toilette et la douche soient dans une chambre. Je peux donc me débrouiller sans réveiller mon mari. L'eau chaude est très chaude et la pression de l'eau est bonne. La piscine est une piscine infinie qui se trouve sur l'océan. Le restaurant est situé sur la plage, l'autre est dans le lobby. La nourriture est assez bonne, mais pas excellente. Le service est excellent. Le personnel est si ami, surtout autour de la piscine. Ils ont un petit magasin à l'hôtel qui vend, soda, chips, chapeaux, toilettes, jouets, etc. et les prix sont raisonnables. Cet hôtel était un Holiday Inn. C'est un excellent service, propre et agréable.

Ma famille est restée à Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay Feb 18-Mar 4, 2023. Comme toujours, nous avons eu une merveilleuse visite à Pueblo Bonito. Nous sommes extrêmement reconnaissants aux merveilleux gens qui travaillent si dur pour rendre notre vacances relaxantes. Melissa et Enrique sont très aimables et utiles. Melissa nous a pris si bonne attention. Mon fils est malade quand nous étions là et elle s'est assurée de nous aider à trouver un médecin. Il ne s'était jamais senti mieux ! A Cordelier, Carmen, Jairo, Claudio, Nahu, Ariel sans échec sont accueillant et attentif. Les chaises de salon de la piscine sont très inconfortables, il était très difficile d'en sortir. Il y avait aussi un employé, Idilia, en face de la lobby, qui était extrêmement rude. Elle nous a approchés quand nous attendions et commençons à nous respirer.

Il y a beaucoup de raisons que je préfère l'hôtel Palms. Le premier est situé dans la zone dorée située au centre. Les chambres sont propres et le climatisateur se réfrigère comme tout le monde le souhaite. Les temps que j'ai séjourné ici ont eu une chambre avec deux lits doubles, un petit réfrigérateur, un café de taille de l'hôtel, petites chaises de table 2, un bureau avec une chaise, une télévision à écran plat environ 36 pouces, un placard sécurisé et de fer. Les chaînes de télévision pour les personnes parlant anglais sont Fox News, CNN international, TNT, A &E, Cinemax et Fox. Je suis ravie que le bain, la toilette et la douche soient dans une chambre. Je peux donc me débrouiller sans réveiller mon mari. L'eau chaude est très chaude et la pression de l'eau est bonne. La piscine est une piscine infinie qui se trouve sur l'océan. Le restaurant est situé sur la plage, l'autre est dans le lobby. La nourriture est assez bonne, mais pas excellente. Le service est excellent. Le personnel est si ami, surtout autour de la piscine. Ils ont un petit magasin à l'hôtel qui vend, soda, chips, chapeaux, toilettes, jouets, etc. et les prix sont raisonnables. Cet hôtel était un Holiday Inn. C'est un excellent service, propre et agréable.

I've sat on this for a few days because it's hard to sum up everything that happened at the Oceano Palace. It was a tough trip but I do want to give kudos to the staff who did their best to make us feel welcome and taken care of. - After a very long travel day, check-in took close to an hour and we were given zero instruction on how things operated -- bracelet policy, towel lending, restaurant schedules, etc. We were just handed a key and sent on our way - Night one half of our room flooded because our air conditioner was leaking. It took 4 days for them to fix it so we just kept piles of towels under the dripping in hopes of containing the mess - My family is from the U.S. and most of us do not speak fluent Spanish-- no big deal! We understand we're in Mexico and were ready to dive right in! -- a couple employees were very kind and patient with us but many were incredibly rude. The two bartenders than run the indoor-outdoor bar by the pool most of the day made fun of the ”Gringas” every time we came to get a drink. It was demoralizing and I eventually just started sending my husband because I was tired of being treated that way. -The restaurant staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the buffet food made 9 out of the 11 people in our group very very ill. We paid for an all inclusive package but were only able to enjoy the food the first half of the week. The last few days we ordered fast food through Uber Eats. I did not think I would be eating KFC and McDonalds and a beautiful Mexican resort. - Ice and water were difficult to come by. We didn't drink the tap water and didn't trust anything but bottled water by the end of the trip. Each time we asked for more water I felt like we were being a nuisance. -The pool -- the pool and beach area are beautiful and they DO get crowded but that is to be expected. Our first few days there, right at the entrance off the property to the beach, there was a broken pipe leaking black liquid that ran a river right to the ocean. It smelled like sewage and seemed extremely dangerous as we had to step around it each time we went on and off the beach. - Activities, I'm saving the best part of the trip for last-- Leo and the group of employees leading resort activities work their butts off. They always have a smile and are welcoming to everyone at the resort-- even the sole American family (that's us!). On July 4th, the activities crew wished us a Happy Independence Day (and we're not particularly patriotic...) and told us that todays activities were dedicated to the holiday. It was an extremely kin gesture with a sole purpose of making us feel welcome. The entire resort should take their lead because if they did, this experience would have been amazing. I would not recommend anyone stay at the Oceano Palace mostly because as I'm writing this I'm still very ill from what I consumed on the property. I was so excited to go to a location that wasn't full of U.S. tourists but I did expect a bit more kindness. I know the U.
