Bonjour, Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable dans votre hôtel. Nous avions réservé les lodges et c'était parfait. Le restaurant est très bien et le personnel bienveillant. Nous y retournerons pour le charme du pays et l'accueil des Irlandais.

Had the most wonderful stay last night. Every member of staff went above and beyond expectations to make our visit a memorable one. I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to family and friends. Looking forward to returning again.

I had a very good experience at the River spa having a manicure and pedicure. Jurgita was very professional and I am delighted with my nails for my holiday. I'll definitely return to her. Looking forward to more trea**ents at the wonderful River Spa.

My wife and I enjoyed a 2 night golf break at Knightsbrook Hotel in May. The golf course is very well looked after with good greens and tee boxes. The bunkers are well racked but the sand needs loosened up. The course layout is tremendous and it is reasonably flat. Kate and Ben in the pro shop are very friendly and accommodating. I requested a particular hotel room and was delighted to get this. We ate in the bar both evenings and enjoyed our food and drink. We have been to Knightsbrook many times in the past and always look forward to the next time. I would recommend it to anyone.

Our group from Norwegian Viva Cruise Line was homebound May 16, 2024 Thursday for IAD Dulles International Airport Washington, DC from Venice. Our flight from Venice to Dublin was delayed due to unknown reason, therefore we missed our connection from Dublin to Washington Dulles. Aer Lingus, provided us hotel accommodation at Trim Ireland - Knightsbrook Hotel and Golf Resort. The customer assistant who assisted us was lady named Michelle Hadlo or Hallo. She is very professional of all the regulations. She assisted us above and beyond. Excellent customer service skills, cheerful, kind and demonstrated the skills of seasoned customer assistant. She delayed all our anxieties. Our departure from hotel to the airport is scheduled at 0630am May 17, 2024 Friday. Michelle made arrangements to have delicious continental breakfast for all the passenger affected. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Michelle and the STAFF of Knightsbrook Hotel.

Family-friendly! The kids, of course, loved the pool. We went there for our daughter's birthday, and it was very pleasant and relaxing at the same time. The rooms were clean and spacious. Special thanks to Ms. Liva, who looked good after us.

We recently had a stay on Sunday 5thof May. All staff were excellent from Terrace Lounge, Swifts Bar and the Spa where we recieved great trea**ents. Special mention to Derek and Sean, the 2 lads who were working during the night. We had an issue with our electricity but Derek fixed it after we blew a fuse in our room and Sean had come to our for keeping us filled up with ice on numerous occasions. Looking forward to another visit and would definitely recommend to family and friends in the future 👍

Imagine arriving at a 4 star hotel and having to manage a hotel luggage cart on your own while the sole front desk gal watches you? Then you go to your room to find the AC sounds like an espresso machine being fired up- attendant comes and tells you - just the AC. Offers a move which we accept because the room was poorly cleaned . Pack up all our stuff- no help offered. New room - huge stains on carpet. Next day - breakfast - no tea pots for table, no espresso, tea has been sitting brewing for hours. Hot water available but few tea bags. Ok - last try- book in for dinner - check the menu- reasonable prices - guess what- they only have a fixed menu - only a few things available . Soup cold - fish portion - tiny. I tried to like you. Oh and when went back to the room - keys no longer worked- One good thing- the Spa . Eimear was a gem.

Had an absolutely lovely experience at the Hotels River Spa. Had a trea**ent by the lovely Caitlyn who was an absolute joy and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend the hotel and it's Spa facilities to anyone looking for a relaxing break away.
