Somos Flats Laureles

Fantastic experience, great location. Walking distance to a nice shopping mall where you can get all what you need to include Money Exchange. Safe area you can walk anywhere at anytime of day. Staff is cool and friendly especially when you have people visiting 😉. I enjoyed my stay so much and I will stay again definitely when I visit again. Poblado is only a $4 Uber ride. So you can save so much money living in Laureles rather than poblado where all the restaurants and nightlife.

Property is well located, hard to find as it has a bushy small entrance and they do not turn on the SOMOS letters that are on the front. Staff is nice but can not resolve any issues. Check in was nice and smooth. Room located on the ground floor very humid and you can hear everything, 1 towel for 2 people did not have extra had to wait the next day which still they did not bring. Floor was dirty , bed is the worst hotel bed ever. No cable tv just streaming no biggy! They do not inform you that rooms are not cleaned have to pay 14 dollars a day to get it clean that is why the rate is so cheap. Good hot water and ac. Room felt damp. This place is good for backpacking people not for a regular traveler.

Great apar**ent in Laureles for a great price! Clean and Tidy with great water pressure and the aircon was nice to have with sticky hot weather outside. Would reccomend

Front desk I got some help Very bad service we stay there for 3 days room wasn’t clean never We need to ask every day for clean towels I don’t think I will recommend this place The location was good you can easy walk to a lot restaurants and bars was a good thing

Everything was perfect! The wifi is perfect, never had any issue with it (I work remotely so the wifi is very important.) The staff is very helpful and super friendly and kind. The neighborhood/area is very nice and safe and the room is super cozy and comfortable. We will be returning! ❤️

Everything was wonderful, highly recommend! My friend and I stayed for 10 nights, and the place was perfect for us--super-clean and well furnished. The AC (in both bedrooms) was definitely a necessity for two ladies used to San Francisco weather... Arriving back here after a long day out and about in the heat and humidity was such a relief. Karina met us at the front desk and was so gracious and explained everything about the neighborhood---where to find the grocery stores, the mall, the streets and nearby towns we should visit. Rosa the housekeeper is super nice and helpful too! The building is very close to Carretera 70, a street with tons of nightlife, but a couple of blocks away such that you can't hear it at all from the apar**ent. It's about a 15 minute walk from here to the Coliseum metro station, and the journey there along Carretera 70 is different and interesting at all different times of the day. The neighborhood is very nice, and we spent a lot of time just walking around in a short radius of the apar**ent, taking photos of the streets. Just a couple of minutes' walk away on/near Carretera 69 are a GREAT (and fast) taco place, a terrific restaurant called Smash that has many vegan options, and a couple of somewhat more upscale places that are still very affordable. You can eat like a king every meal in this neighborhood for less than a bagel and coffee would run you in SF.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel that I would highly recommend to anyone. The staff members were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and that I felt comfortable. The room I stayed in was not only clean but also very well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. Overall, I had a truly satisfying experience at this hotel and I would definitely choose to stay there again in the future.

We stayed at the premium appar**ent of the The Somos Flat, Laureles and really enjoyed our stay there. Te rooms with minimalistic but beautiful quality furtinutre and decorations were excellent and the bed was fantastic. The appar**ent was sparkling clean with pleasant aromas. We had internet connections and the service was excellent. We spend some time at the spa and what a surprise when we knew the massage was free! I highly recommend this hotel that actually is very cheap for all it has to offer

Bonita experiencia! La habitación muy bonita, el personal muy servicial. Tiene lugares muy cerca para todo; (comida rápida, restaurantes, discotecas, barras, estación del metro). Hubiera sido perfecto si tuvieran laundry para los guests.
