Worst place 1. Four times to get room passcode to work. Made me go up 12 floor 2. No internet access in room 3. Poor customer service to resolve issue. Told to wait 4. Not helpful day time attendants to surrounding 5. Brick size wall, easy to fall out of 12 floor or EARTHQUAKE 6. Extra Charge for daily room cleaning outrageous 7. Elevator closes after 4 times open and closes 8. No tooth brush after spending $80 ***

This is in a really good location with really nice rooms - I recommend the nicer rooms with large windows, it's a really cool way to see and experience the city. Service was really good even though I also had the problem that it took a few codes to finally work. They are also responsive via Whatsapp. Looking for ward to staying on my next trip.

Exceptional Stay at ULIV Mexico City My stay at ULIV Mexico City was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, approachable, and always eager to help with any request or question. The accommodations were modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was also ideal, with easy access to some of Mexico City's best attractions, dining spots, and cultural landmarks. What truly stood out, though, was the level of personalized care provided by the team. Whether it was assisting with recommendations, ensuring everything in the room was perfect, or just greeting me with a warm smile, their hospitality made all the difference. I can't recommend ULIV Mexico City enough. It's clear they prioritize their guests' experiences, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit!

優點：員工很友好，服務熱情，講英語和西班牙語；位置好，在Roma Norte，去哪都很方便；高層的視野很好 缺點：除了大堂、電梯、走廊外公共區域衞生很差，10樓的公共男廁異味明顯，馬桶的蓋子和坐墊消失不見，洗衣房維護不當，很多機器無法使用，洗衣房裡找不到洗衣粉和洗衣液，需要問員工要；房間缺乏維護，牆壁有讓人不舒心的痕跡。

房間是公寓式，配置大冰箱廚房等等設備，沒有保險箱。花灑水不夠。就是普通經濟型公寓水平。網速不錯。天台是亮點，可以接近360度看全城景色，白天晚上俱佳！

優點： 地理位置非常好，附近去哪裡都是很方便，餐廳、咖啡廳、市集，還有一家百年麪包店。景色很好可以看到CDMX的城市景觀，房間飲用水是直接水龍頭出來比較方便，廚房用具很齊全。 缺點：窗簾是上下拉的那種，睡覺有光進來一定要戴眼罩，房間冰箱聲音非常大，第一天晚上沒睡好體驗很糟糕，最後把冰箱電源拔了。因為是公寓式酒店，所以服務是沒有的除非你和他們説，但是房間沒有電話，衹能登陸他們的小程序當時登陸很麻煩，我沒有成功過。 隔音非常不好；鄰居的音樂和講話可以聽到。 感覺這家酒店不值得我們付的費用。

怎麼説呢？公寓位置不錯，去哪兒都方便，房間也大，衞生也挺乾淨，但是如果你分到了馬路邊的房間，那就等着每天早上7點開始被連續不斷的喇叭轟鳴聲吵醒吧。整體真的不錯，性價比也高，就是窗户隔音太差了，完全一個崩潰。建議親們提前跟平台要求分配不靠馬路的房間吧。
