Great place and location, it is in the quieter part of South Beach but still close to everything (in fact walkable) the staff was very attentive to our needs, every concern we had was immediately addressed

Great location, a chic Art Deco hotel with 20's decor. Covid procedures, great staff. I purchased $95. Adult day pass. Access rooftop pool, beach w/chairs, towels, umbrella, food & drink credit equal to cost of day pass. They have a cheaper $40. pass, doesn't grant pool access.

The Hotel itself doesn't qualify for five stars. The building is old and not that fancy. But the staffs were professional, caring, dedicated, respectful, friendly, welcoming and Amazing 👏 We Love the greetings we received from them always with smiling faces 😊 We are not the kind of people that complain about little things. We even though we are not happy about building and style, but we are Grateful and Thankful for the services we received from the staffs, each one we encounter. Note: For the management team please and entertainment on site that will go a long way 👍

因為我們在曼谷大都會酒店的美妙經歷，我們決定在去往巴哈馬過聖誕節的中途在這裏住兩晚。但這次，這是一個相當不同水平的體驗。一切都處於平均水平，房間和服務。餐廳的服務非常一般。在12月18日的晚餐時間，當餐廳是空的時候，服務員卻試圖把我們移到一個户外的角落裡！這很奇怪。第二天早上，我的咖啡嚐起來像水。我要求換一杯咖啡，但端上來的咖啡卻還是這樣的。最後我放棄了。總而言之，所有的一切都沒有什麼讓我印象深刻的。
