Avis : Mantra Sirocco Mooloolaba

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement avec spa et barbecue privé. Un très bel appartement au dernier étage l'accès au spa privé était à partir d'un escalier à l'intérieur de l'appartement qui avait 3 chambres, 2 salle de bain dont la principale avec baignoire spa. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Appartement très spacieux. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous le recommandons vivement ceux qui veulent passer un séjour très agréable

Great position right on the Esplanade, easy access to the beach, shopping and cafes. The apartment interior was clean, but unfortunately the balcony wasn’t. There were some maintenance issues which were not noticed by housekeeping staff prior to our arrival, and once raised with Reception staff were addressed. Furniture in the apartment was not very comfortable, particularly the lounge and bedding. Appreciate these apartments are privately owned, but you would think there would be standards. On the whole it’s OK, would benefit from more detailed checks from housekeeping staff before allowing guests to access rooms. Was more expensive than last stay.

Having booked sixteen nights at Sirocco Mooloolaba at over $500 per night we were horrified to be confronted with major roadworks happening directly outside our apartment, the noise started at 6.30am until 3pm. This information was not disclosed to us. When we contacted the agency they said the owner told us to close the door and turn on the air-conditioning and he refused any refund or compensation. The problem with that solution is that not only is there horrendous noise outside, inside they are doing major renovations two floors at a time, this meant that there was also jack hammering noise happening inside the apartment. It was so bad, we are leaving after three nights and putting in a claim with fair trading, we honestly couldn’t stay there any longer. If you value your peace, do not stay here.I tried adding a video of how bad the noise is but it would only let me add photos.

From the moment you arrive, the experience begins, the fragrance is so fresh, the staff are super friendly and the facilities are so clean and modern. I must say upon entering the apartment we were so impressed by the size of the space. The view is spectacular from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable and the apartment was so quiet and relaxing. The bathroom was clean and modern. The location is the best, just walk out the lobby and you have plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The food quality and bars are excellent. The beach is directly opposite the hotel. Mooloolaba is my 2nd favourite place in Australia. Well worth a visit to unwind and chill.

Great location, booked a 2br apartment with ocean view. Apartment was clean and well equipped and maintained. We were advised by the booking team that the reception area would be closed when we arrived, which wasn’t too late, about 20.30hrs. We were provided with information re accessing the room after hours. Would think that during the summer months, staff would be rostered to cover “late” arrivals. Despite this, the property is well located, numerous dining options within walking distance. Pleasant stay and will return.

Nice place in a not so busy area with plenty of easy access food outlets and grocery shopping. Beautiful area of the Sunshine Coast. Would definitely come again. Rooms were large and facilities were good. Clean and tidy with space for spreading out.

Ocean views from every apartment. Directly opposite the beach. Nestled amongst shops and restaurants. Well maintained building. Large heated pool and spa. Walk to grocery store. Only basic kitchen gear included so ended up buying utensil and bbq tools.

Great location and nice pool but that’s where the compliments end. Poorly maintained with mould in the silicon, rusty appliances, thick dust and dirt. We were unfortunately travelling with a toddler and 9mo who I did not feel comfortable putting on the dirty smelly rug, and had my toddler pick up someone else’s mail clippings that were left in the room. The place looked as though it had not had a decent clean in months other than just a quick vacuum and towel/bedding replacement. Spoke with another couple at the pool who had also complained about cleanliness and was offered another room which we were not. Would not recommend unless in a newly renovated room.

Nice View. Great facilities & Internet access. Easy to use. Comfortable 2 Bedroom Executive apartment. Resort pool & spa - Aewsome. Easy access for customers with wheely walker to Mooloolaba Beach, Restaurants, Cafe's, Shops . Didn't have to take the Car out once. Even got to see a whale from the Balcony. Great place to relax, unwind & chill out.

Awesome oceanfront building and location in the heart of Mooloolaba Beach shopping strip. Huge heated outdoor pool. Great ocean views. Modern and clean building. Spacious well-maintained apartment. Beach just across the traffic-limited road.

We loved staying in this recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was gorgeous and we wished we could have stayed longer. The panoramic 180° degree ocean view from unit 606 is to die for. The two bathrooms had just been fully renovated with luxury finishes. The kitchen area was also re-done a couple of years ago and looks beautiful. The apartment is tastefully decorated with modern furniture and fittings. The bed was soooo comfortable, honestly. Sirocco’s location in the centre of Mooloolaba is simply the best. The Mantra staff at reception were very obliging, very profession and very welcoming. Five stars for them. We can’t wait to return to enjoy this accomodation again.

My mother and I really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer and will defiantly be back. The staff at checkin/out were friendly and very helpful. The room we were allocated had a great view and was well appointed (I loved the shower). The bed in the main bedroom was a bit hard but overall would stay there again. Thankyou

We have stayed here before and the accommodation is perfect as it is beach front will all the shops right out the front door. The rooms have everything you need though they do need a little painting around the doors. This should not detract from booking here though as we were pleased with the room. We will come back.

My wife and I planned to drive to Mooloolaba from Melbourne, but we both tested positive to covid the day before leaving. Not knowing how ill we might be, we decided to defer the trip till we were better. Accor would not give a refund and I asked to move the booking. They said yes, but it would cost a further $2000. So I cancelled. Previously we were regular users of Accor/Mantra, but not any more. It really is a disgraceful way to treat regular customers.
