Hotel tres bien placé entre la place rouge et Tsum, très agréable, très propre, très calme, cuisine excellente du petit déjeuner au room service! Vue magnifique du bar au dernier étage. Je recommande!

The hotel very nice location, The rooms are very beautiful, the bathroom is big, and not noisy, really very good hotel, near everything, you can walk to Red Square, shopping, and restaurant, breakfast is very good, and most of the people friendly, clean, location near from everything One point: the hotel does not give us extend to stay in the room after buying the money for even 1 hour, this first time happened to me in most of the country they give us 2 hours. Second point: when I request the charge Mobil they inform should be I but deposit money!!! Also, this first time happened to me. I hope in future everything will great.

the pillows were fantastic, and i loved the guy that was in my closet. the blood stains on the wall were a beautiful touch. i would recommend for a family trip with newborns. i loved the metal music that was playing the whole night at the reception. i will come here every year from now on, because it wax totally my kind of hotel. i brought my cats too and they loved they loved the smell of tuna in the room.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Ararat Park Hyatt, The service is outstanding! 5 stars! from the moment you walk in you feel special! Decoration is so elegant and the hotel is always very clean. Breakfast was delicious with various choices and the elegant touch of Champagne. Thank you Alena our server at Breakfast for the great service! We were also very happy with all the help and recommendations of the concierge Pável and Dimitri. Thank you for all your help! and thank you to Oxana that made our stay even better! The location is perfect close to the main streets only a 10 min walk to Red Square! We’ll be back for sure!!!

we were staying in room 510. Street noise at night - do not take this room. Internet according to the description should be there, but it is almost non-existent. Also, our family is three adults, the bed for our daughter was very uncomfortable - a folding bed for children.

This is one of the most beautiful stay I had in a long time with my family, being our first ever visit to Moscow, made us bit weary, but to our surprise, this is really the place to stay in Moscow, close to the shopping district, close to the Red Square, oozing with arts, having the most respected staff from the ladies in the reception area to the bell captain, very serene, quite and very charming, Breakfast is a delight never matched anywhere else in my career, Hyatt, Ararat Park Hyatt is your crown jewel, thank you so much.

We had a great stay at this hotel which is vert centrally located. We particularly enjoyed the effort of Volodymr who made us feel very welcome. In thhe future, We suggest that Vladimir stays at home in Moscow and minds his own business.

Hotel is excellent itself. Team is professional, fast in reactions and friendly. Quality of the food excellent. Location, one of the best in Moscow city. Amenities are in the level of a 5 star Hotel.I do really reccomend.
