Hôtels avec vue sur montagne à Fès

Le meilleur Riad! Même si le prix n'est pas élevé. Premièrement, la clairance. Il y a beaucoup de beaux meubles à manger, mais pas de bouillon. La chambre est très petite mais très propre, l'eau chaude peut normalement sortir et se calmer. La terrasse est la meilleure. La ville de Liu Fix. Le soleil est le meilleur devant moi. Bien sûr, le soir est le meilleur. En d'autres termes, parce que la position est supérieure, c'est l'option idéale pour visiter la vieille ville. Mais le premier est le personnel. Je ne parle pas japonais parce qu'il soutient l'anglais, mais il m'a écouté avec soin avec l'application de traduction. J'ai prévu de partir, il craint que je ne puisse pas obtenir un billet de train et m'aider à organiser (ou presque, il l'a fait). Je suis vraiment heureux. C'est le meilleur! BRAVO! Jamal et sa famille ont transformé leur maison ancestrale en un endroit que nous (et d'autres visiteurs) pouvons appeler à Fez. De nous rencontrer sur la route principale et nous escorter par les tranches étroites de la médina, à nous servir le petit déjeuner tous les matins et un dîner souple à notre dernière soirée, Jamal et sa famille étaient super logement et ami.

My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager. We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay. Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay. The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring. What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

Отличный риад! Очень понравился! С большим вкусом обставленные интерьеры, все продумано до мельчайших деталей. Начинка номеров - выше всяких похвал, есть все необходимое, включая халаты и тапочки. Очень хорошие завтраки ”шведский стол”. Внимательный персонал, проявляющий заботу о постояльцах. К минусам можно отнести очень долгое заселение. Да, это было поздним вечером, но гость не виноват, что вы никак не можете найти его бронирование. Ваучер на заселение вам предоставлен, заселите, а уж потом у себя разбирайтесь. Еще на второй день начались какие-то неполадки с водоснабжением. Происходили постоянные скачки напора и температуры воды. Прием душа стал просто пыткой. Решите проблему!

Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

Mauvaise expérience d'enregistrement ; l'environnement de l'hôtel et l'emplacement de la chambre elle-même sont très bons, mais à mon arrivée, la réception de l'hôtel m'a dit que je ne pouvais pas m'enregistrer sans payer les frais de chambre ; puis j'ai contacté le service client et m'ai demandé de payer d'abord les frais de chambre. en conséquence, lorsque nous sommes sortis tôt le matin, nous n'avons toujours pas payé le prix de la chambre ; et service client Cui; Enfin, nous avons quitté Fès à midi et avons obtenu le prix de la chambre que nous avions payé à l'avance;

À environ 10 minutes en voiture de la médina, l'environnement général de l'hôtel est correct et le bar peut prendre un verre pour regarder un bal le soir. J'ai réservé une chambre simple luxueuse et m'a donné une chambre double qui n'a pas été nettoyée. Changez-le simplement pour moi. La première impression n'est pas bonne. Pas particulièrement recommandé

Le petit déjeuner n'est pas bon, pas l'appétit chinois, le rembourrage peut l'être. La voiture peut s'arrêter au bord de la route et l'hôtel est plus proche de la gare.
