Le terrain de toilette était humide, même s'il y avait une couverture, il était encore humide, donc j'ai dû porter des chaussures quand je l'utilise. Il n'y avait pas de toile, et je n'étais pas sûr si j'avais besoin d'en demander. La location est excellente et je suis très attentif à la convenance. P.S. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, alors soyez prêts à transporter vos bagages en haut. »

« The picture of the room I selected showed a double bed. The mention said you could get either one on arrival...a double bed or a single bunk bed. But that is not true. The price for the room I selected was for a single bunk bed only. This is what we were told after arrving. The double bed was P200 extra a night. We paid but complained at Trip.com. We got P400 credit for the next booking. How to call this practice from the hotel? Not honest. Advertising something that is not true. I will make sure Trip.com change that. Hotel near a road with a lot of traffic. Walls very thin, can hear people next room. Same for the floor...could hear people walking above. »

UUtilisateur anonymeWe recently stayed here to celebrate my son's 2nd birth day and truly enjoyed the experience! The entire place has the aesthetics we were looking for—cozy, modern, and very well put together. The mountain view is superb, and the unit itself is super clean and comfy. It also comes with complete utensils and cooking materials, which made meal prep very convenient. We appreciated the small touches like the provided shampoo, conditioner, and free black coffee. Wi-fi also provided and there is a smart tv. However, we did encounter a slight issue during check-in. Although check-in starts at 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:30 PM and still had to wait for an hour. According to the guard, there was no endorsement prepared by the host, which caused the delay. It was a bit of an inconvenience after a long trip from manila with my toddler, but thankfully, everything else about the stay made up for it. One thing to note is that the place is a bit far from the city center, so we had to take a taxi every time we visited tourist attractions. This might be a downside for travelers who prefer more central accommodations. Overall, it was a great stay and we would still recommend it—just hoping the check-in process can be smoother next time, and for future guests to consider the location depending on their itinerary.

IInvitéIt was such a pleasant surprise. The hotel was conveniently located at the heart of Baguio. It is also very near Camp John Hay which our family really loves. It is reactively new so it was very clean and so beautiful. The staff were so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. Everyone was so amazing. It was such delightful experience for our family, we enjoyed the hotel so much even the food at breakfast was so good. I would give this hotel an excellent rating as they also treated their guests with 5-star service. Kudos to everyone and we will surely be back. Thank you Chateau De Maisons for the great, amazing stay at your hotel.

Despite requesting a mountain or pine view room in advance, I was assigned a roadside room instead. Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of packing breakfast earlier or have it plated and serve later on, I never received a response. The room itself was lacking in basic amenities. Double lock on the door for added security was broken, and essential items such as room slippers, a laundry bag, and a blow dryer were missing. Overall, the front desk staff could improve in handling requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
