Mon séjour au Caverna Hotel Premium Caves a été absolument parfait ! Dès mon arrivée, le personnel m'a offert une hospitalité exceptionnelle, veillant à ce que chaque détail soit pris en charge. La conception unique de la grotte de l'hôtel était à la fois luxueuse et confortable, créant une expérience vraiment inoubliable. La chambre était impeccable, joliment décorée et équipée de toutes les commodités dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour confortable. Le lit était incroyablement confortable et j'ai passé l'une des meilleures nuits de sommeil. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, offrant une variété d'options fraîches et savoureuses pour commencer la journée. L'emplacement était idéal, paisible mais à proximité des principales attractions. Je me suis sentie choyée et détendue tout au long de mon séjour. Merci à l'équipe du Caverna Hotel Premium Caves d'avoir rendu mon expérience si mémorable. Buona esperienza al Pegasos Cave Suite. Colazione ricchissima e di qualità (con cibi preparati al momento), anche se l’orario è un po’ scomodo per chi parte presto per i tour. Bellissima terrazza panoramica sulla valle. Camere ampie e suggestive, con qualche piccolo difetto da migliorare. Nel complesso valutazione molto positiva.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Enes is incredibly nice and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival. He also assisted us with planning all our activities in Cappadocia, including local tours, the Turkish Night experience, dress rentals, and photography services, everything was smooth and convenient. Enes is very approachable and caring, which made our trip more enjoyable. The hotel location is perfect, right in the middle of Göreme, close to popular viewpoints and just a short walk from the bus station, which made getting around very easy. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of hot dishes and a great variety to choose from. Our cave-style room was cozy and unique, with a heating feature that was perfect for the current season. The room also had complimentary beverages and a fridge, which was a nice touch. Another highlight of this place is the rooftop terrace. The view is amazing, especially early in the morning when you can watch the hot air balloons rising over the valley, which is amazing and truly unforgettable. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

Un excellent hôtel, très bien situé, d'une part il y a un grand parking, c'est un énorme plus, puisque toutes les rues sont bordées de voitures, d'autre part, ce n'est pas bruyant, même s'il est proche du centre, pas très haut, c'est à dire. vous n'avez pas besoin de gravir une colline, tout est à proximité, ainsi qu'une terrasse d'observation et des restaurants. Notre chambre était stylisée comme une grotte avec une fenêtre, il n'y avait pas d'humidité, il y avait une légère odeur des toilettes, mais juste un peu, la chambre n'était pas grande, mais confortable. La cloison de la douche n'était pas pratique ; l'eau coulait sans arrêt. Les petits déjeuners se font dans une petite salle ou on peut manger dans la cour, tout est délicieux, pas grand chose, mais tout y est, il y avait une omelette, des frites, des œufs durs, des légumes, des fromages, des fruits, des pâtisseries. Nous sommes arrivés tard, si quelque chose manquait (par exemple une omelette), nous le demandions et il nous était préparé. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très sympathiques. Il y a plusieurs endroits dans la cour où vous pouvez prendre des photos, il y a aussi plusieurs vérandas sur le toit, mais malheureusement elles ne sont pas entièrement équipées, s'il vous plaît faites-en un peu et ce sera génial !! Vous pouvez voir les ballons depuis la véranda, mais il vaut mieux aller à la terrasse d'observation, vous verrez non seulement comment ils volent, mais comment ils sont gonflés, comment ils volent et comment ils atterrissent, et vous prendrez les plus beaux des photos là-bas, sur les photos de la terrasse d'observation.

We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

The hotel has a wonderful view. We stayed in a cave room, and its design and atmosphere were very authentic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also helped us book a hot air balloon flight and a regional tour at a better price than the online rates.

One of the best hotels in Cappadocia!The location is fantastic with beautiful views all around.The rooms were very clean,spacious,and well organized.The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Our flight arrived very early in the morning,and although check-in was later,they kindly gave us our room at 10 AM, which we really appreciated.We were thrilled with the warm welcome drinks,complimentary wine,and afternoon snacks — such thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special. Amazing hospitality and service.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.

One of the best travel experiences by staying at Ennar Cave Hotel. The cave setting was amazing and very comfortable. Excellent hospitality, and I can not emphasise enough how good the service was. Always available for a request or query, highly recommended for anyone wanting to plan a trip to Cappadocia.
