We booked 3 rooms for the 8 of us (adults, kids under 10 and an elderly). The location of the hotel was strategic, at the entrance of the Gerome city, with the eateries/shop just a walk away. The rooms were clean, everything in place, heater is working and top notch in everything. The buffet breakfast were also delicious, varieties of local food (you have to order eggs from them to be cooked) and a selection of juices and hot drinks. Even more, it has balcony that you can use to see the hot balloon in the morning or rest at night. The booking is easier with trip.com and we settled our check in and out in less than 10mins. This hotel goes a bit more in making sure their guests are comfortable and that is commendable.

Castle Cave Hotel est vraiment notre première station en Turquie, nous avons laissé de très bonnes souvenirs! 🏨 1️⃣ Le chef et le personnel sont très aimables et nous présentent avec enthousiasme le paysage local et la marche d'un jour, ce qui rend le voyage plus riche. 🤝 2️⃣ Petit-déjeuner buffet superbe! 🧀🥗 Il y a tous les types de sauces, de gâteau, de légumes, de santé et de fraîcheur. Il y a beaucoup de beaux chats 🐱 dans le jardin, et j'espère que tous les chats enceintes peuvent être en sécurité et en bonne santé. 💖 3 ️⃣ La position de l'hôtel est excellente, très proche du point de transfert de ballon thermique, le conducteur ne peut atteindre que 8 minutes environ, ne doit pas se lever trop tôt, très pratique! 🎈🌅 4️⃣ Le plus important est le paysage de l'hôtel! Le toit est superbe et peut attirer un paysage étonnant. 🌟 5️⃣ Le lieu de l'hôtel est également très bon. Vous pouvez aller dans 2 minutes à pied à la rue principale. Il y a un restaurant, un bar, un café, un frigo, un ATM et une gare d'autobus autour de lui, et toutes les fonctions de vie sont nécessaires. 🍽️☕🍦💳🚍 Il faut noter que certaines chambres, bien que des fenêtres aient été ouvertes, sont vues dans la salle plutôt que dans le paysage extérieur 😂. Si vous êtes particulièrement dans le paysage, vous devez confirmer la chambre avec l'hôtel avant de réserver. 📞 Globalement, l'hôtel Castle Cave est une excellente option de logement à Kapadochia, à la fois chaleureuse et inoubliable, fortement recommandée! 🙌

Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait, mais il est préférable de laisser le personnel du magasin monter et descendre vos bagages. Le restaurant est très bon, avec un décor de premier ordre, une cuisine de premier ordre et un service moyen. Ce n'est pas très accueillant, il faut donc prendre l'initiative pour le trouver. La chambre ci-dessous où j'ai séjourné avait une excellente eau de bain, comme une salle de bain privée.

This was the best hotel I stayed in during my trip. It feels like a small resort — very comfortable with lots of outdoor space. The restaurant is excellent, offering a variety of drinks and snacks, and everything is on a tab system so you can just settle at check-out. There’s even a small zoo in the middle of the property, which makes it perfect for families. The location is also great — only about a 10-minute walk to the city center. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Divan Cave House! The hotel sits on a quiet hill in Göreme with beautiful panoramic views of the town and hot air balloons at sunrise. The cave rooms were spacious, clean, and full of character, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — always ready to assist with balloon bookings, transfers, and local recommendations. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide selection of fresh items served on the rooftop terrace, where you can also enjoy a perfect view of the balloons in the morning. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the town center, restaurants, and shops, yet far enough for peace and quiet. The cave atmosphere felt truly authentic and cozy, especially in the cool October weather. Highly recommend Divan Cave House for anyone visiting Cappadocia — it’s a warm, welcoming, and memorable stay that captures the spirit of the region perfectly.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a wonderful view. We stayed in a cave room, and its design and atmosphere were very authentic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also helped us book a hot air balloon flight and a regional tour at a better price than the online rates.

Le personnel était super. Ils avaient un petit déjeuner copieux. La principale chose que je veux vous dire, c'est que j'ai réservé un voyage en montgolfière en ligne. C'était 3 fois plus cher que de réserver via l'hôtel. Même les réservations de montgolfières au hasard découvertes en marchant dans les rues étaient en fait beaucoup moins chères à réserver et autour de 100 euros. Cela étant dit, restez ici et ils vous aideront à réserver le vol en montgolfière. Sachez également que le ramassage pour le vol en montgolfière est à 4 heures du matin. L'hôtel était très grand et avait de nombreux espaces pour se détendre. La vue depuis cet hôtel était également idéale pour voir les montgolfières. La promenade en ville depuis l'hôtel est longue et en descente. Nous sommes partis après le départ pour explorer et avons déposé nos bagages. Nous avons pris un taxi pour rentrer. Je crois que c'était Rose taxi. La compagnie de taxi était également super et arrangeante. Elle nous a emmenés chercher nos bagages, puis au centre commercial. Et est venue nous chercher et nous a emmenés à l'aéroport. Donc dans l'ensemble, c'était un excellent séjour qui a commencé avec cet hôtel.

When I arrived, unfortunately, my room was not cleaned and ready even though it was after the check-in time, so I had to wait a little while. Other than that, everything else was wonderful. The location is perfect, the view from the terrace is amazing, and watching the balloons at sunrise was such a memorable experience. A special thanks to Edip from the staff, he was very helpful and offered me great deals for the hot air balloon ride and the Turkish night. Overall, despite the small inconvenience at check-in, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its location, views, and friendly staff.

Ici, vous êtes littéralement au milieu de la ville de Göreme, littéralement creusée dans la roche volcanique. L'hôtel se trouve dans le parc national du musée en plein air de Göreme, un immense site classé au patrimoine mondial... Vous pouvez avoir une superbe photo de Kapadokya depuis la terrasse. Le personnel est très sympathique et les chambres sont propres. Encore ravissant.
