IInvitéDans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait, mais il est préférable de laisser le personnel du magasin monter et descendre vos bagages. Le restaurant est très bon, avec un décor de premier ordre, une cuisine de premier ordre et un service moyen. Ce n'est pas très accueillant, il faut donc prendre l'initiative pour le trouver. La chambre ci-dessous où j'ai séjourné avait une excellente eau de bain, comme une salle de bain privée.

Near Nevsehir airport.
15mins ride to Uschisar.
I love their buffet breakfast.

SSlavsWe stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality.
The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme.
The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open.
Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

UUtilisateur anonymeWe enjoyed our stay at Kelebek. We received a surprise of a free room upgrade to a Junior Suite when we checked in, which made us very happy. The room was unique (in a fairy chimney) and had everything we need. In the morning we could come out of our room and see the amazing hot air balloons in the sky. Breakfast spread was excellent too, we enjoyed our breakfast everyday. The restaurant also has a great view. Would highly recommend the hotel!!

UUtilisateur anonymeThe room is ready when we arrived at 5pm. The room is clean, there are 1 queen bed and 2 single beds which able to accomodate the 5 of us. The hotel is beautiful. They served you many options of food for breakfast. The most important thing, they allowed us to leave our luggages while we completing the tour and wait for the airport transfer to come and fetch us.

AAndrew 江In general it’s good location, and very close to everything in town. The room is a kind of old school, which is fine. The hotel also provide a good buffet with a lot of options. The mini bar here is superb expensive, and you shall purchase from the neanhy supermarket rater than here

IInvitéBest cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography.
Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride.

Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

On peut voir chaque matin de nombreuses montgolfières autour des hôtels. Vraiment beau!
C'est notre voyage de noces. Il y avait de belles décorations à notre arrivée dans la chambre. La chambre est très confortable !
Le dernier jour, nous devons nous rendre à l'aéroport à 6h30. Le personnel nous a donné un sac contenant du pain grillé, des fruits, du thé et une bouteille d'eau pour le petit-déjeuner. C'était une très agréable surprise ! Le service de l'hôtel est excellent ! Cela nous a fait un heureux souvenir en Cappadoce !

SSergeyI recently stayed at Ozbek Stone House Hotel in Cappadocia, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and authentic, perfectly matching the charm of Cappadocia.
I also booked several tours directly through the reception, and to our surprise, the prices were actually cheaper than what we found online. Everything was well-organized and hassle-free.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the region. Comfortable stay, great service, and unbeatable value!
