Évaluations de Hotel Mantra Residency

Now, there are public toilets right outside the hotel , and the smell was unbearable. It's cheap, so I asked for a deluxe room, I got a room without a window. There was someone screaming at the top of his lungs because a hotel employee was recording him. That was the point I had to leave the hotel as everything was getting a bit too much. There's nothing much nearby that i could see. I had a picture of my passport taken by the desk guy, which i found odd. It's definitely not a 3 star as advertised by trip at best 1 star. If it's budget you are looking for dont mind smell and noise, you can not fault this place, but it wasn't for me. I booked for 3 nights, stayed 1 and left.

Near to airport. Cleaner than other rooms we have booked back then. With wifi also. The staff are well-mannered and helpful. If we need to book an auto, they are also ready.

La taille de la chambre était très petite, environ 70 à 75 pieds carrés, et l'odeur était désagréable, l'eau coulait du plafond pendant la nuit, les surfaces murales étaient en grande partie inondées, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas, la barrière de la garde-robe était endommagée, un seul siège était disponible dans un magasin en mauvais état. Le comportement du personnel était très impoli et il n'était pas professionnel et les zones de l'hôtel étaient entièrement de type bidonville. L'expérience globale a été un gaspillage d'argent avec un casse-tête complet en séjournant dans cet hôtel.

Bon rapport qualité/prix, emplacement très proche de l'aéroport, chambres et toilettes encombrées, pas de miroir dans les toilettes, bon personnel. Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct

Un séjour terrible dans cet hôtel. Mauvaise odeur sur le drap de lit, robinet de lavabo qui ne fonctionne pas, ventilateur dans le mur à travers le passage d'où tout peut être entendu de l'extérieur de la chambre, même de la réception et de la réceptionniste peu aimable. J'aurais dû réserver un autre hôtel 😅

L'expérience était correcte, pas la meilleure mais tolérable, la nourriture était fantastique et le personnel était incroyable

Le comportement du personnel et le processus d'enregistrement étaient bons. L'ascenseur n'est pas disponible et la taille de la chambre est moyenne. Si vous souhaitez rester quelques heures seulement ou vous rafraîchir, cela conviendra.

Frère, s'il vous plaît, allez dans cet hôtel, c'est un hôtel très inutile.

I will give the ratings 1 because i stay terrible in the hotel and i will not suggest to anyone for this hotel

I stayed there it wasn't neat and clean it was untidy washroom was smelling very bad but staff members were good and helpful useful thank you. I didn't take any images thank you. Sorry forgot to say that the hotel management charged me 400 rs to drop me off by the airport and then i found out that they suppose to charge 100 rs only

The accomodation was as booking commitments. The quality of food being served was found good. The staff was found quiet co-operative. It is a good stay residency.

I asked for assistance to book me a ride but the staff ended up stealing from me by not telling me the actual amount of the ride instead of telling me its 170 he said 400 i asked him twice are you sure because the airport is not far from the hotel, when i got into the car i asked the driver how much is the price he told me 170 and it’s already paid since i had already given 400 to the staff after realizing this i messaged the hotel in regards to the matter but they didn’t even care.
