Avis : Hotel Sea Princess

Le personnel du petit-déjeuner était tellement impoli qu'il a refusé d'ajouter du gingembre au jus de betterave. La nourriture était froide. Le menu n'était pas comme indiqué. Les petites portions, en particulier les chips de bajis, étaient mises en décoration. Le climatiseur était limité, lol. Heureusement que j'ai pris le mien. En général, personne n'était prêt à aider. Les cocktails étaient à moitié pleins. Les chambres n'étaient pas nettoyées comme d'habitude.

La même chambre a été attribuée à deux clients. Alors que je me changeais, quelqu'un est entré dans ma chambre, car ce client avait également la même chambre. J'étais sous le choc. Personne à l'hôtel n'a voulu s'excuser. Ce fut une expérience terrible. Je n'y retournerai jamais, même si c'est gratuit pour moi.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, propre et agréable. C'est une déception lorsque l'on a demandé un départ tardif, qui a été refusé immédiatement.

Emplacement de l'hôtel, bon prix, bons services et Internet, pas bon nettoyage, 3 points si un hôtel 4 étoiles onebgo a un bon personnel souriant et accueillant, je vais devoir acquérir plus d'expérience en matière de personnel et de gestion

Check in staff was friendly & efficient Rooms are old Breakfast was terrible, everything was cold, cooked at night & served without heating up, terrible & no manager to solve the problem

春節去孟買玩，最後一天住這家酒店，主要是離機場近一點。 酒店在Juhu海灘邊，很老了，從設施到服務絕對夠不上5星，甚至都不到印度的四星水平。到的時候12點，1點半才給入住。電梯小，走廊很窄。房間地板有水，設施非常陳舊。大床是兩張小床拼的，毯子沒有套到被罩裏，就是兩條床單夾着，看着不太乾淨。給的飲用水是最便宜的，還不給加。插座少，還有壞的。熱水不熱。隔音很差，能清楚聽到隔壁房間呼嚕聲。安全原因，從酒店到沙灘的小門鎖着。 服務態度不好。我第一次在印度被要按金。 早餐選擇少。 總之，很差的一次體驗。性價比極低。

We recently hosted a party at Hotel Sea Princess, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was brilliant, and the entire team — from the chef to all the staff members — was incredibly warm and attentive. Everything was handled so smoothly, and our guests truly had a great time. Thank you for making our event so special!

Great location hotel for Juhu beach. Breakfast was good especially chai nice n fresh Good selection for breakfast We didn’t eat in hotel soo cannot comment on this Service near pool area was hit n miss.. beds very uncomfortable we were on 6th floor Window needs changing Room itself was ok nothing special Reception staff don’t have a clue think more training is required Overall we found lots of staff in hotel just walking around not doing much Which is a shame as if staff were on the ball this could b a fantastic hotel
