As part of European standards—and in line with our Clean & Green environmental program—towels and linens are only replaced when they are placed on the floor or upon guest request. This initiative is designed to reduce unnecessary water and energy consumption, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support in helping us protect the environment.With regard to the cleaning frequency, our standard procedure for stayover rooms is once every three days, unless guests request more frequent service. We are always happy to accommodate such requests when communicated to our team.Lastly, I’d like to explain that air conditioning systems in Europe differ significantly from those in Asia, the US, or the Middle East. European ACs generally work by drawing in outside air, cooling it, and then circulating it into the room. This means that the cooling performance may not be as strong as what you are accustomed to in other parts of the world.
