The location is about 20 mins walk to town, the parking require 15 euro, and the parking space is opposite the hotel and require some skill to park. Do remember to get the chop on the parking coupon from the hotel before exiting the carpark. Room was clean and the staff are friendly. The hotel is near the road so it is quite noisy when the cars passed by. And it seem that the road got car throughout the night too.

The hotel had a great location (only a couple of blocks from the main train station (HauptBahnhof). It was easy to check in and out and the receptionists were attentive and helpful. The room was very clean with a small kitchenette which meant that we could do our own breakfasts (15€ per head for breakfast seemed a little pricey). The bathroom was a little on the small side. The room was pretty basic and the decor needed refreshing. Our room smelled a little musty. The room was also very warm. The room was good value and the location was ideal.

The location was perfect, just a block from central train station. Our room was clean, simple and adequate. The hotel is older and the lobby and hallways are rather institutional looking, and need some fresh paint and flooring, but the room had been updated with both. The price was reasonable for Munich, especially given that Octoberfest was going on. Skip the breakfast however, it costs extra and was not good. There’s a nice bakery nearby with good coffee and treats.

Clean and well organized hotel. Not exactly very personal style, but very functional. Great breakfast. Good location with downtown Munich not too far away. Easy to walk. Would easily return if visiting Munich again.

We were there the end of May 2022. The hotel was far from satisfactory and we could not accept the room. We reluctantly had to waste our time looking for alternative accommodation for the 4 nights. Fortunately we found it across the street at the King Hotel (which I recommend). I returned and argued for the next 4 days before they refunded 2 of the 4 nights I paid in advance for, so in essence, this hotel gained for not living up to their contract. The elevator walls and floor were covered in dirty torn paper and its door dented in several places, hall walls damaged all the way down to the metal, hall carpet stained, both the mattress cover, and the sheets were stained. Front desk was understaffed, the reception carpet was covered in crumbs. We went back to the hotel 3 more times trying to get "a person in authority". Each time no one was available, even by phone, text or email. This hotel condition does not reflect the website.

Good location near train station and downtown services. Could use some maintenance and paint in places, but advertised services work well. Restaurant hours are unusual, open for breakfast but closed for lunch and dinner on some days. Public garage available across the street, 30 euro per day.

I stayed here for 3 nights in early November 2022. It is a 5 minute walk from Munich Hauptbahnhof and checkin was quick and hassle-free. My room was on the 6th floor, well away from any street noise. The room was incredibly quiet. It had a fully equipped kitchenette and an interior door that further insulated the bedroom from the passageway. It was serviced every day. The room was a good size. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant and offered an excellent choice of cold and and hot dishes in a buffet setting. This is good old fashioned hotel keeping at its best. And for the equivalent of €83/night in Central Munich, excluding breakfast, I thought it was really great value.

Property is incredibly close to the Hauptbahnhof without being loud. My room was very new, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure in the shower was exceptional. I was happy to find an in-room refrigerator and small balcony as well. Breakfast is NOT included and I found it a little pricey so skipped it.
