Cons: We booked and fully paid for our room a month in advance, yet upon arrival, we were assigned the smallest room in the hotel (Room 208), despite requesting a first-floor room with a balcony the day before. The balcony door in our room could hardly open without rearranging the furniture outside. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, and only temporarily fixed with tape after we reported the issue. When we requested a room change, the hotel staff refused. The front desk staff were unresponsive, only speaking when spoken to and never offering a greeting or a smile. Despite checking in on a Saturday and out on a Tuesday, and understanding that weekends may be busier, the hotel did not accommodate a room change even after the weekend. Basic amenities such as toilet paper were missing, and the bedsheets were stained. This hotel should be rated 2 stars, not 3. Pros: The hotel earns 2 stars for its good food and the friendly service staff.
