Avant de réserver, j'ai vu beaucoup de gens dire que la nourriture ici n'était pas bonne et j'étais très nerveux. Quand j'ai mangé le buffet du petit déjeuner, j'ai trouvé que c'était correct, mais il n'y avait pas beaucoup de variétés, mais la qualité était correcte. C'est aux installations de se plaindre. Il n'y a pas de compartiment séparé pour les toilettes et la douche. Il était compréhensible que la conception n'ait pas été envisagée à ce moment-là. Mais ce qui est incompréhensible, c'est qu'on ne peut pas ajouter un rideau de douche ? Après avoir pris un bain, la salle de bain a été éclaboussée et en désordre. Si vous voulez aller aux toilettes ou vous brosser les dents plus tard, désolé, vous devez entrer.

Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a accueillis très chaleureusement au bureau de front. Les chambres sont très propres et propres avec toutes les installations. Le buffet dîner au restaurant Pano était très agréable et ils ont également très belles chambres à l'extérieur. Le service offert par M. Ashish et M. Pawan au restaurant pano était étonnant. Ils étaient juste superbes en termes d'hospitalité. Le chef Mukesh a préparé le plat comme nous l'avions attendu et le goût était juste irrigation de la bouche. Merci de la grande service.

Le séjour était étonnant. Le personnel était très aimable, surtout Mahika qui avait fait en sorte que notre séjour de départ à fin était intégral et nous n'avions pas de problèmes. Il a été très gentil avec l'aide de M. Pawan, pour faire une expérience et un voyage personnalisables pour nous quand il est arrivé à la vue.
