Hôtel très agréable proche de la gare. Service très bon, des nombreux consommables accessibles gratuitement a l'entrée. Le frigo n'était pas très efficace (et pas de freezer) mais rien a dire sur le reste.

L'hôtel est situé très près de la gare. L'inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas assez de place sur la table pour poser vos effets personnels. Il y a une marche entre la salle de bain et la chambre. Cela peut entraîner un risque de trébuchement ou poser un problème aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Pas de machine à café, seulement des sachets de thé chaud sont fournis. Vous recevez chaque jour une pièce pour acheter une boisson au distributeur automatique le moins cher.

I had a very positive experience at Hotel New Nagano Next. Even though we only stayed for one night, everything went smoothly. The hotel offers one of the most complete selections of amenities I’ve seen, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful, although their English skills were a bit limited. Despite this, communication wasn’t an issue, and they did their best to assist us. I’d definitely consider booking this hotel again without hesitation. A solid choice for anyone visiting Nagano!

I chose to stay for two nights at Hotel NewNagano Next because of its very convenient location. Nagano station is just a few hundred meters away and there are a lot of food options (both restaurants and konbinis) in the area. On our checkout day, we left our luggage temporarily inside the free lockers in the hotel lobby before visiting Matsumoto Castle. We just came back to claim our luggage in the afternoon before leaving for Tokyo.

Great location, near train station. Twin room is relatively big and clean. Very impressed by the free access to range of toiletries, coffee, tea, pillows at the lobby. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, arranged for our lugguage - forwarding to the next hotel. Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Hotel able to help send and receive yamato luggage deliveries. Staff speaks good English. Lots of amenities at the lobby, including bath salts. Instead of providing bottled water in-room, vending machine coins are given, where visitors can change for drinks that they like (there's mineral water, tea, etc). Abt 5+mins walk fr JR stn. Room is std japan hotel rm size.

last mins and can only get this smoking room and too smelly for a non smoker easy yo fnd quite expensive but understandable because all nearby hotel were fully booked

Hotel near to Nagano station, few minutes walk in flat road. Check in via self service machine is so easy. Room was clean with simple amenities n room size quite good. Staff helpful, recommend Japanese restaurants n can converse English. Bed was ok. Can choose additional pillow at lobby as well as other amenities. Could still see sakura blossom mid April in Nagano.

位置很好，在松本站對面！在東急rei酒店後面，對面是東急百貨！總之位置很棒！ 1/ 房間是標準的日本房間佈局，麻雀雖小五臟俱全。 2/ 服務 前台服務生的溝通非常清楚，態度也很好。 3/ 酒店提供的設備應有盡有，refa的全系列用品都有，直接拿一個卡片請前台拿就可以 4/ 早餐我沒有起來去吃，但是到了之後會有一個甜甜圈作為welcome gift，大堂提供咖啡，茶包按需取用， 5/ 所有洗護，用品，漱口水，甚至還有鼻貼提供，所以説衹有你想不到的，沒有他們不提供的，還有小童洗澡工具！ 6/ 房間不提供用飲用水，但是每人每天給兩瓶水的硬幣，自己從自動售賣機換。 7/ 房間非常安靜

酒店的位置非常好 去長野站很近 周邊吃喝很多 唯一不好的是WiFi連結 搞了個cast 不知道是不是AppleiD是中國的緣故 連不上… staff的英語水平有限 衹能作罷
