L Hôtel à un très bon emplacement au plein centre des Westlands. Adossé à un centre commercial Sarit centre et d'un pub sympa. Il dispose d'une salle de sport et d'un Spa. Cependant, les chambres sont d'une autre époque. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre, et les pâtisseries sont à vomir. Le café y est cher. La propreté laisse un peu à désirer. Chose sympa, 2 bouteilles d'eau chaque jour. La réception est débordée, néanmoins, ils sont serviables. Tt ça pour 100usd par nuitée.

What a cool place to stay! Beautiful environment, adored with natural flowers. The breakfast is mouth watering. I doff my cap for the Chef. The hotel staff are warmly, ready to assist at all times. I enjoyed my 2-week long stay at JACARANDA Hotel, Nairobi. I will love to stay there again and again. Thanks, Jacaranda hotel team!

The Hotel is very old and rooms are very hot. The food was terrible and the staff are very rude. I once asked for toothpaste and toothbrush and the reception staff told to come down and get it. The only thing good about this hotel is the location. It’s in Westlands and you could walk to Sarit Center and Westgate.

This is an old hotel with a good and safe compound. The staffs are very friendly and willing to help. However, the rooms are dark and the shower doesnt work properly. it is either cold and very hot water. The managr is extremely impolite and rude.

The Rooms are fantastic, well maintained. The staff offer impeccable excellent service. Really enjoyed the meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner. The amenities around the beach were awesome as well - the bars, relaxation points around the swiiming pool and beach area as well.

Jacaranda has become home due to the frequent visits i have been making.I have enjoyed every bit of the place.How i would also wish that the animation team is allowed to collect appreciations from guests.I believe it would be a motivation to them due the the great job they do on entertainments.Thanks.

Had a very good experience at Jacaranda Hotel. The staff is welcoming and very much helpful. They assist to organize for special arrangements to ease our stay as we were on a business trip. The back door to access the mall effortlessly is a bonus. Also it’s well situated, access to different mall and restaurants, including a masai market. I’ll definitely come again on my next trip to Kenya. Rotarian, you shall be happy to learn that the Rotary Club of Nairobi Hurlingham meets there every Wednesday. I went to Kenya in March and stayed at this hotel during the Nairobi part of my trip. This is a wonderful gem of a hotel with exceptional customer service. The value far exceeds the cost of the stay. Everyone I encountered during my stay was extremely personable and professional. We didn't want for anything. The breakfast buffet was super and offered a wide variety of selections as well as made to order eggs, omelets, etc. Rooms were comfortable and the grounds were beautiful and well kept. There's nice little open air bar that we enjoyed at the end of each evening. I will return the next time I visit and I will be back. :)

Recently stayed here and my friend who has mobility issues booked it without checking the infrastructure. Unfortunately other than the foyer all access is via stairs…to the room, garden and restaurant.. there are no lifts. I have looked in website myself and there is no mention of this. I think it was a reasonable assumption that I in this day and age accessibility should be able to be assumed. The hotel, although in a great location is old and needs some renovation to bring the rooms and general facilities up to date. The rooms do not have air on and our ceiling fan did not work, so relied on standing fan. Not really an issue but also not what you would expect given the rate. The hotel also advertises a pool which is indeed lovely but unfortunately between 9am and 5 it is utilized by a local school and you cannot access it or the lounge chairs etc. On the positive side, the hotel is in a fantastic location, the breakfast was fab and the staff really did go out of their way to help us…unfortunately they could not change the stairs. I advise people to check on accessibility before using this hotel.
