Small room and construction was happening nearby. The location is not near major shopping areas, but the staff were friendly. Halls smelled of smoke too.

This location was not suitable for me. It was very far from my desired location and the hotel is in the middle of a construction site. So it is very noisy from early in the morning to late at night. Room was spacious, clean. Just be careful of using the toilet as it will spray boiling water on your *******. Unpleasant surprise. I didn't bother with the Chinese breakfast. It never satisfies me.

Regarding the construction problem, which belongs to municipal engineering, and regarding the noise problem, we have also complained and communicated many times, but we have not been satisfactorily resolved. Hotel initially gave a different small size room than what we booked on TRIP.COM and then changed our room the second day. So we should be refunded for the 1st day. Am also awaiting the deposit amount paid by us on TRIP.COM for the booking.

The hotel was at a good location near a bus station station. The service was great, the best we have received so far. The receptionist was very professional and friendly. Food delivery was smooth too. I wish their tea came with sugar and spoons. Overall, it’s a great place. Great modern toilet.

酒店設施齊全，裝修高端大氣上檔次，服務人員熱心周到，前台青青小優服務很棒。早餐種類多，也是非常美味，南京停車費可不便宜，但是酒店給入住客人免費停車，這點非常值得肯定。如果下次有機會來南京，我一定還會選擇入住古南都大橋飯店！！！

前台工作人員的服務特別貼心，辦理入住時效率很高，還耐心解答了我們關於周邊出行的問題，笑容特別有親和力，瞬間消除了旅途的疲憊。房間的佈置也很用心，乾淨整潔是基本，細節處更見功夫——床品柔軟舒適，躺下就不想起來；衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，熱水供應及時又穩定。酒店的餐飲也值得一提，江蘇酒店已經79年了、就是周邊在修地鐵所以不太方便，但是自駕很適合、停車場超大

設施：淋浴間下水道是堵的，一洗澡就積水，半天才能漏完，洗手枱也是沒法打開的，要直接把水漏拿掉，整個房間燈光十分昏暗，跟照片裏兩碼事，住進去整個人心情都不好了，半夜中央空調異響不停。環境：門口在修地鐵，交通很不方便，酒店吃正餐還得出門去隔壁。服務：標榜四星級酒店，結果連給瓶水都吝嗇，房間兩瓶水不夠喝下樓找前台要，一個旁邊站着的像是經理的男的那臉色就像我欠他多少錢似的，板著臉問我你們房間多少人，然後不情不願讓前台拿了兩瓶水，然後我前一天交代前台讓阿姨放四瓶水在房間，根本沒照辦，這是四星級酒店的服務嗎，簡直連路邊小賓館都不如，然後我用了攜程的房型升級，給我升了個樓層高結果面積一樣小，佈局不好的角落房，沒有一件服務讓人滿意的。

環境很好，離旁邊的小眾景點很近，而且酒店停車場有充電樁，對新能源車很友好。順帶一提，如果白天晚上不想出去吃飯，酒店提供方自營飯店的外賣，品質不錯。
