Il a été rénové dans une cour qui ressemble à un bâtiment d'usine. En regardant les photos, ce n'est en réalité qu'une partie. Service : Ce n'est pas un hôtel, c'est un B&B. Le personnel n'est pas disponible 24 heures sur 24, donc après avoir trouvé des puces sur le lit la nuit, il n'y avait personne ici pour s'en occuper et je ne savais pas à qui m'adresser. appel. De plus, le serveur a frappé fort à la porte vers neuf heures. Je pensais que quelque chose d'important s'était passé, mais cela s'est avéré être un rappel pour le petit-déjeuner, mais je n'ai pas osé dormir à cinq heures du matin. matin à cause des puces de la veille. Let's start with the positive - Ines is a Wonderful person. Pleasant, pretty, very passionate about her place. The breakfast is the highlight of the stay. So much food, fresh fruit, pastries, fresh eggs. I like Ines so much I gave an open invitation to stay with me if ever in the US - love her! The B&B not so much. The room my husband and I stayed in is Not pictured on website-understandably. It was unattractive. The shower "overflows" literally onto the bathroom floor every use. When brought into the room and shown bath the lights over mirror do not work; it was said this was a new problem, but no one ever came to fix. Every morning/evening with not lights over mirror. The tile in the shower appear to have been homemade and painted and the paint was running down onto the next tile and shower floor. It takes No Less than 10 minutes for the water to turn warm. The mattress was similar to a basic crib mattress and pillow. Only a sheet covering the bed. The extra blanket in the cabinet is an inexpensive velour cover from a walmart or dollar general or similar store. There is no radio/tv/phone or even a usb port. I did make this suggestion to Ines - hopefully she will add. The art studio used by her spouse is unkept and dusty, items tossed about. I asked for an early morning wake-up call 6:30am (though no phone in the room, you would have to call me on my cellphone); I was told it would require her to get up early and she really didn't want to. For $640 for two (02) nights, I should be able to get a hot shower and make a local call. I felt bad because Ines is so very nice. She mentioned that Robert DiNero had come to stay there but only stayed half the day and left. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was because there are no amenities or comforts to encourage someone to stay. No background music even in the courtyard, which is not manicured. No flowers or even art in the courtyard to look at. No reason to sit out there or in your room, both the same - empty. Possibly the other room are better appointed and for some reason I was given the room not shown on the website and not working. I provide this review regretfully because I really like the owner. You couldn't find a nicer person - just maybe needs a little direction in the B&B area. Great breakfast.

Staying at Atilier Ines was one of the most special experiences I've had throughout my years of travel. From the unique and beautifully designed and decorated rooms, the location in Naples, and the warm hospitality shown by Ines and Vincenzo, I truly loved every moment I had there. If you are looking for a more personal touch in your travels, this is a perfect place to book. The breakfast in the morning is delicious - full of fresh and local offerings. Wake up a bit earlier, bring a book and relax in the courtyard while enjoying a cup of coffee. Pro tip: Ines is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to booking restaurants and outings in Naples. Ask her any questions you may have and she might just be able to get you a fantastic reservation at a hard to book spot. I cannot wait to stay here again in the future and sending my friends here when they travel!

Confortable and homely. Lovely room with outdoor private terrace and garden/terrace out front for relaxing/breakfast etc. On breakfast - lovely. Lots of variety/choice. Excellent bathroom. Good aircon. Minibar stocker with free water/drinks. A little out of the centre on the edge of a very grubby/run down but local area. Not for everyone! However, we thought it was lovely. (3 night stay). The owner Inez and her husband Vicenzo were delightful.

We stayed for two nights with Ines and it was absolutely wonderful! We had an extremely stylish room filled with all of her and her husband’s artistic creations. Ines and Manu (and Vincenzo!) were fantastic hosts, incredibly willing to help with suggestions, reservations etc. Plus the breakfast was excellent! I would highly recommend staying with Ines!

Atelier Ines is a perfect, calm oasis in the middle of Napoli! Ines and Staff are the absolute best and completely made our trip to Naples! Aside from booking this hotel, the best decision we made was letting Ines recommend dinner places. She made the reservations for us, and when we went we were treated so well and the food was fantastic. The B&B was amazing (and I say B&B because this really is an intimate experience- you will talk to Ines and Staff, and they will treat you like a houseguest/friend not just a customer!). The rooms were comfortable, unique, and included furniture made by the owners! Speaking of which, DO THE WORKSHOP!!! It was a highlight of our entire trip, and getting to connect with art on vacation was really something special that you won't find anywhere else. Vincenzo and Ines walked us through the process of lost-wax casting which was so cool. The breakfast was great and fresh, the staff was so helpful and kind. This place is a must stay in Naples!

We booked 5 nights at Atelier Ines and from the moment I booked Ines was just so lovely to deal with.... incredibly helpful in the planning and organization of our trip..nothing was too much trouble and her insightful care and help with restaurant planning and bookings was invaluable. Ines organized out airport pick up in the evening and everything was faultless and our driver so friendly and charming. Do not hesitate to arrange the pick-up service as its so helpful on arrival. Ines's lovely husband met us even though we arrived at the hotel later in the evening and was so charming and suggested several local venues for us to have a late dinner and some drinks - every recommendation they made was outstanding. We actually tried two room types during our stay and our rooms were sensational.... perfect attention to detail and the touches with the art and sculpture are lovely. Everything in our room was perfect for our stay... great wifi, great air-conditioning and amenities.... espresso machine, fridge, slippers and toiletries...but the real amenity is the art!!!!! The neighborhood is 'real' and true Naples and we loved it .... local bars, patisseries and late night haunts for a Campari Spritz, wine and *****ini.... We found a local bar called 'Scio' and dont miss it.... they really looked after us every evening and it was our late night stop for a nightcap.... We spent 5 days walking the city and Atelier Ines is perfectly located to explore and wander around the city... Breakfast was so utterly lovely sitting in the courtyard and enjoying the atmosphere... as someone who worked in hospitality I cannot tell you how impressive it is that Ines immerses herself into her guests every day.... she offers advice, guidance and secrets of the inner world of Naples.... she helped us with every need and nothing was too much trouble. We will never stay anywhere else in Naples and I cannot recommend Atelier Ines enough... its bliss so dont hesitate to book and enjoy what truly is elegant but simple and caring hospitality ... beats the 'hotels' in Naples hands down...
