Sunrise Beach Club and Villas

Great place to stay. Most are 2 story villas in walking distance to the beach. The beach is secluded and quiet. 2 pools and like I said, beach is easy to walk too out of your patio. 30 seconds. Back pool, fountains not running, and pools needs cleaning at least 2xs a day. . Violas bar and grille is on site. Manager, Griffin of bar and grill, not so nice, but Herman and Paula were lovely. The front desk manager, Oliver (female), was beyond rude when just asking for change of a $50. Maintenance and security on property were friendly and accommodating. Front pool needs to be cleaned and wallfall should run all the time. Our rental owner was attentive and always got back to us.

We were five girls visiting Nassau. For the most part our visit was very good. Our Villa #3 was very nice and a perfect location on the beachfront. We had everything we needed in the villa. We were not crazy about the actual beach as it was hard to relax and enjoy yourself. Peddlers kept approaching us yo buy things snd would just stand and stare at us when we told them no thank you!! One of the guys on the beach wanting you to pay to use chairs was very inappropriate to us referring to his privates!!!! We left the beach. As bf didn’t go back. Our favorite person on the premises was the female security guard. She went above and beyond to make us feel safe. My daughter in law and I went out very late one night and she worried about us. She even made sure that the security guard that came on after her shift watched out for us. The next day we were swimming and should not have had glass by the pool (because we know better), and she politely came and told us that we needed to remove the glass from the pool. Then she sat and talked to us for over 10 minuets. We really appreciated her concern for our safety! I wish I knew her name!! Viola’s was a cool place to hang out. Our first bartender was so nice but there was one there was was very rude and looked so unhappy to be working there. If she was working we would not stop to have a drink!! Upon checkout we had no idea what to do with the keys or the trash. It was not communicated to us. The security guard told us to lock them in the Villa. We did so and one of our guest forgot something inside. Since it was Sunday the office was closed. We asked the cleaning lady that was there if she could help us out and she basically told us it was stupid to lock the keys inside and told us “good luck”!!! Thankfully someone next door to our Villa helped us out. I would give the actual Villa a five star but felt the office and some staff members were not worth the five star rating.

We had really great time. I always felt safe. The rooms, ground’s, and service was wonderful. The staff and Bohemians in general are kind people and had a great time. I can’t say enough about Violas either the food was amazing. Love this place.

This place is a gem of a resort. It has a classic bohemian feel with modern accommodations. If you are looking for a peaceful small resort on Cabbage beach, this is definitely the top of the list. Our Villa was beautifully decorated, very clean and the mattress was top notch. Our housekeeping service, security and grounds staff all were helpful and friendly. We actually did not even swim in the pool but it looked very inviting and the landscaping beautifully maintained. We did spend the majority of our time right outside our villa steps away from the most serene beaches. We had outstanding weather and snorkeled and swam in the surf. The walk to Nassau to the straw market was just enough trekking for us. However it’s easy to arrange transportation to anywhere on the island. We ate most of our meals at the resorts restaurant Violas and it was such a great vibe - good food and menu selection. The bartenders were fun to chat with and they gave us recommendations of places to see and things to do. We will definitely be back! Mudda sick!

Villa 15 was so nice and spacious! My family and I stayed there for 4 days. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. You have access to two pools and the gorgeous beach. A true paradise vacation! Thank you John for your correspondence and assistance! Our only problem on our vacation was with our shuttle (not associated with this villa). Big Mamma shuttle service left us at the airport and then had the nerve to attempt to pick us up late on the day we were leaving. Terrible service and not professional. Save yourself the trouble and do not use Big Mamma shuttle service. It cost us a lot of money for nothing.

My initial impression was not great. The driver that was supposed to meet me at the airport was not there when I arrived. However, I came to find out that there had been a massive storm & most flights had been diverted to Florida. I was lucky that my flight made it in. It only took her about 25 minutes to get there, so it was OK. Then, after she dropped me off, I went to my assigned unit & could not get into the lockbox. It took a couple of phone calls to find out that the owner had changed the code two days earlier & didn't bother to send me the information. I finally got in & started getting settled. Decided to check out the grounds, & guess what? I couldn't get into the pool area either. Yep, code had been changed the day before. Not the best first impression. HOWEVER, once we got through all of that, my stay was very enjoyable. The food, drinks, & service at Viola's on-site were great! The condo, itself had most everything I needed. The only exceptions were being unable to locate garbage bags, & the fact that you cannot take a bath as the drain plug does not close. The pools are nice, access to the beach is easy & close, & the lady in the office was great about calling a taxi whenever I needed one. I would stay in this complex again, for sure. This particular unit, though, maybe not.

This place was an amazing experience! The bed was like a cloud and I seriously considered stealing the fluffy pillows to take home with me. All the staff exemplified professionalism and hospitality. Especially, Herman! He pulled out all the stops. Definitely go see Herman at the on-site bar and grilled called Viola’s. Miss Burrows in security was also very helpful. Even our housekeeper gave us suggestions. I could not recommend this place more. Book the trip already!

我們衹在這裏住了一晚，但是很喜歡這裏。房間需要裝修，但是乾淨舒適。泳池很棒，去沙灘很方便。酒吧裏面有人在唱歌卡拉ok，但是我們後來去參加賈卡努遊行了，不知道唱了多久。我們凌晨四點回到酒店，睡了幾個小時，然後就退房了。前台幫我們寄存了幾個小時的行李。總之，不錯的體驗。

這裏的招待讓我們十分驚艷，總之他們非常熱情好客，Vardo便是巴哈馬群島熱情洋溢的代表，他來機場接了我們，帶着我們逛了許多當地景點。在我們整個入住期間，他都保證了我們心情愉快，並讓我們在入住時享受到最大的滿足。很高興我們沒有選擇亞特蘭蒂斯的酒店，而是選擇了Sunrise酒店。這裏離亞特蘭蒂斯的熱鬧地區數步之遙，但也讓我們有機會遠離了那裡嘈雜的地方。如果你想體驗一個趣味溫馨的酒店氛圍，我強烈推薦Sunrise！
