Great swinnung area, nice beach, nice amenities in the pool area
Cons
Broken shower, shower door missing, clogged drain in toilet, cockroach in dessert fridge, slow assistance during buffet breakfast, long queue during mealtimes, mediocre food for a buffet breakfast, flies in the dining area, not functioning AC in the dining hall.
Overall, not really worth it for the price considering I paid almost 7k per night. It was a great stay before but now the neglect on the maintenance of its facilities is really evident and workers are understaffed and overworked, thus, the poor service provided. Managers are not present to maintain orderliness in the area and you can hear a lot of complaints from guests. It was once a great place to stay for a night with a family that is why I keep coming back but now its different.

Book this place ahead of time, and got a very good deal!
When we arrived at the hotel we were upgraded to a suite room however we were at 5th floor though.
It has lots of beds,a sala, kitchen and 2 cr in which one of it has bathtub. Comes w/ free buffet breakfast for 2pax.

Overall, a great experience, nagenjoy naman kami so far and relax dahil sa cleanliness and very quiet ung lugar. Dont expect too much sa food but well breakfast is good since it was a buffet.
Need to improve siguro is on their service staff, matatanungan mu naman sila, but the down side hindi ka nila iaassist sa mga baggages mu (based on our experience)... Looks like, they are picking lang kung sinu iaassist nila but OVERALL great experience naman kami and if we had a chance, we definitely go back.
PS: BE CAREFUL lang sa nagoofer ng free dinner, some what may catch, ahahaha

I'm happy to choose canyon cove for short vacay. It was so relaxing and we had fun. Hope you consider to bring outside food since the restaurant has limited access until 10pm. However, the overall stay was superb. Will come soon. Overnight stay is not enough to enjoy. We / You should stay longer to this hotel.
Staff - 100% accomodating and friendly - 10/10
Food - 9/10 - though we only had breakfast but still it was good. ＜free breakfast＞ ＜bring water bottle for free water, make sure you get water Before the restaurant close.＞
Location - 10/10 very nice and clear beach. Big swimming pool. Lot of parking space.
Room - 9/10 - clean and big space. ＜bring extension, no socket beside the bed.＞

It was a nice experience. The place has an amazing view of sunset. My kids truly love their beach and pool. They want to visit again soon.

Very good beach and beach water and big pool. If you’re allergic to chlorine better stay away from the pool. I like how the twin rooms have two single beds which each bed can fit two adults and the they have a daybed too so kids love that part. They don’t have bathtub here. Also, it takes forever for the operator to pick up your call. In our case, in the two nights we spent there no call was successful.
Also, they do not allow outside food deliveries and they also do not have a la carte menu. All buffet. Except for rice order-maybe. The location is relatively straightforward from Tagaytay though, so that’s a plus. Also, please do not expect 3star and above hotel service.
