Strategically located at Aerocity to attract Air Travellers. Amenities are not at the Holiday Inn's global properties in other countries but are okay if compared with other chains in the same location. The front desk is good and helpful. Rooms are big enough for up to 3 guests.

A bit annoying that personnel continue asking you how was literally everything, every step you do inside of the hotel
while i had breakfast 3 different officiants, chief and ***ager asked me if food was okay.. well it was, but please, 1 time asking is more than enough :)
however food is great
also sauna isn't in its best condition definitely
if you are looking to get a sauna, this is definitely not the best choice, it is not working properly
room is also looks a bit tired
besides of above hotel is good, buuuut hard to call it 5*

The breakfast is superb! Food in the other restaurants in the hotel is good. However, I am a bit disappointed with cleanliness inside the room. The bedsheets had faint liquid stains. The bathroom walls had stains. There is no booklet in the room about hotel amenities in the room. If you want to find gym or pool you have to go ask someone. I don’t even know if this hotel has a gym or not.
Utterly overpriced cab service for airport. IGI airport is barely 5 kilometers for which hotel cab would cost you ~850 INR.

Holiday Inn is a long time reliable chain. That’s why I chose it this time.
Room was very nice and comfortable, clean and quiet. Location is very close to the airport which has made things very convenient.
Especially worth mentioning: the guy from room service dining, and one of the airport transfer pick up guys were particular friendly and helpful. Very much appreciated.

Mostly everything was great. The service, room, bedding, comfort and locaction all very good and the food from the buffet at the main restaurant restaurant was outstanding not to mention the service which also was fantastic. The outdoor pool and surrounding area was very clean as was the Gym and the Gym staff very helpful making sure that the Steam-room and/or Sauna were ready after my swim as I’d requested
My only (minor) complaints were the products that are supplied for showering and hand washing which are from the Dove brand which personally I don’t care for. The other being the lack of a FREE Shuttle to the airport
Regardless I will definitely stay there again on my next trip through Delhi should I again require lodging near the International Airport.
