Avis : Hotel le Roi Near New Delhi Railway Station

L'ensemble de l'hôtel est vraiment bien mais l'emplacement est un peu décevant la chambre d'hôtel a la baignoire qui est vraiment bien dans l'ensemble, l'enregistrement et le départ sont vraiment agréables tout est fantastique sauf l'emplacement la chambre d'hôtel est exactement comme sur les photos

ニューデリー駅から1kmほど歩きます。立地こそよくないですが、値段を考えたら自分はあまり気になりませんでした。セキュリティ面はしっかりしていてアメニティも聞けば貸してくれます。(ドライヤー、ひげそりなど) シャワーがあったかくなるのが少し遅いです。

Unfortunately, my stay at Le Roi, Paharganj was quite disappointing. Starting with the guest waiting area, the sofa was extremely dirty and poorly maintained — not at all what you expect from a reputed hotel. The condition of the room and bathroom was even worse — there was visible dust and dirt on the floor, clearly showing that cleaning and hygiene were completely neglected. The terrace gate was left open all the time, which is a serious security issue for guests. It felt very unsafe. As for the location, it’s not ideal either. The hotel is located inside a narrow lane off the main road, and the area is always crowded with chaotic and dirty traffic. It creates a very unpleasant experience from the moment you arrive. Based on my stay, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better and cleaner options available in Delhi at similar price points.

I had a good experience staying ( 4 nights ) at the hotel. It's located at prime location and easily accessible. Have good amenities. The only downside is the high price of food they serve at hotel. Since we have opted for breakfast, we managed it by eating outside at restaurant for dinner.

A home away home. All staffs are very friendly and ready to support any time. Punctual and precise service at room. Hotel's room is spacious and clean. Hotel is very safe for family and children. Value for money. 24 hours pantry service is very useful during late night tea craving.

Hygiene is a desaster. I think that the room was not cleaned from the previous guessts. Towels and linen are aweful. Dust is everywhere. Breakfast is poor, without many options. Surrounding of the hotel is very loud and drty. The only positive things are the friendly staff and location of the hotel.

Worst stay ever.No co-operation by hotel staff whatsoever in any issues.Please don’t stay here.Gate key machine didn’t work for consecutively 5 nights..And no one did anything.Daily we use to spend 15-20 mins opening the door just that we could enter in our room.

A workable option in the total mess of Paharganj. Understaffed but not rude. Cooling centralised ac - works. Basic, safe about 1 to 2 km from New Delhi Railway Station. Take care only electric rickshaws can get through the jam. Ola and Bajaj rickshaws refused to ply due to jam.

Don't take it. You will suffer. Horrible experience ever. Unclean, mismanaged, insects in bathroom/toilet and powercut, locality is bad. Paharganj is not a good locality. I walked in room and saw unclean towel at bathroom floor with clump of hair probably of previous guests. The staff who helped me move in tried to cover the clump with his feet. He left rightway, probably he could feel that it is dirty and I am going to ask him for a cleaning. Floor was dirtly. Hygiene issues in bathroom. Taps, shower heads are dirty. You don't want to touch them. In absence of shower curtains, water spills all around. Toilet seat is the worst part. Broken and small that you are almost seating without a seat. I did not use it. I used my personal towels. The staff is unprofessional. The hotel is named Le Roi which means The King in French. I am sure that French Kings were not that dirty. II paid for a multi-night stay but fled after just one night. The thought of spending another minute in that hotel was unbearable, forcing me to roam the streets of Delhi in the sweltering heat rather than return to that dreadful room. I ran away from there.

Nice place to visit and visit many times very family trip and staff is also very supportive like the hotel and services very much and house keeping is also nice and food is very tasty and like homemade .

We stayed for 12 hrs as a transit halt. Everything was perfect. Room size was sufficient with a balcony. Bathroom was neat and clean. Bedsheets, towels were clean. Ample parking space. From balcony ( room no 316) can have a beautiful view of the railway platform and the lush green surroundings. They have a common boundary (with a gate in between) with the railway station. Through that gate you can reach the platform within a minute. Food available is on a bit higher(cost) side. Kids play area is there. Overall it was a good experience.

Stay was comfortable. We booked executive room and it was clean tidy and spacious. Eashroom was also hygiene n staff is good too. Coiperative n friendly. Food quality is good and value for moeng stay

Dreadful Very very old furnishings Mattress terrible Towels/ bedding seen much better days And Why the rusty dirty bins ..It did make it smell, flies everywhere. No hot water, Apparently a Deluxe room. All we could smell urine in the duvet.
