#好評#對戶外環境滿意；#負評#對職員友善度，燈光，房間佈局失望；房间很小，前台态度很差，可是前台对白人很友好，戴有色眼镜很明显。另外明明入住的时候已经特别说明每天要打扫，可是第三天没有打扫，竟然说要每天登记签字才可以打扫，这不是矛盾吗？我第二天的时候就没有签字为什么就打扫了呢？让他们来打扫却说过了打扫时间没有人打扫。另外第一次打电话过去问前台有没有冰我鼻子受伤要敷用她说找找问问后回复我，等了半小时还是没有回复我就再打过去是另外一个人接的直接回复没有，要是要的话你自己去饭店买。态度很差！！！

衞生不怎麼樣

Un hôtel globalement de faible qualité : - chambres petites, - pas très bien nettoyées (cf photo), - lit ayant vécu, et assez dur, - un seul ascenseur pour toutes les chambres, - équipement minimal, - et surtout un hôtel bruyant, puisque la moitié des chambres donne vue sur une voie de train. Si ceux-ci ne circulent a priori pas en pleine nuit, ils le font quand même tard et tôt, occasionnant bruit, sonnerie de klaxon - à croire que les conducteurs n'arrivent pas à s'empêcher de signaler leur arrivée avant d'entrer ou de sortir du tunnel - et vibrations, le tout s'entendant malgré des bouchons d'oreilles et le fait d'être au 9e étage. Il mériterait de perdre une étoile et d'être à 2. Après avoir découvert la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée, nous avons demandé à en changer à l'accueil, qui nous en a proposé une autre au premier étage (photos) qui ne donnait pas vue sur la ligne de train. Cependant, l'intérieur était encore plus vieux et la vue pire que l'autre chambre. Nous avons donc préféré encore garder l'autre. Bref, il est trop cher pour ce qu'il offre. Son seul véritable point positif est d'être plutôt bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied du métro, de la gare d'autocars et de trains.

Such a bad hotel. Stay away. They are VERY firm on the 3p checkin, and charge youto leave luggage. Very slow front desk service. Rooms were small, with no fridge. Elevator was slow. They offer continental breakfast for $12 per person. I peeked over at the breakfast and it looked gross. There was a DEAD BUG in the yogurt-which was in a bowl.

While this is well located, it is not worth the cost (which was relatively low for Manhattan) but still a lot). The room was too full of furniture; hardly any room to move or out luggage. The wardrobe/closet door was handing off by one hinge and the sage did not work as the battery needed replacing. While these two things were fixed when I informed reception (well, the closet door was put onto two hinges but still not all 3) it was incredibly poor that these things were needed to be reported by a guest. The bathroom was tired with black stains on the grout. Other bits of the wall in the room has many marks where furniture and peoples luggage have bashed the walls because there is hardly any room to move. Receptionists seemed to be largely inconvenienced by anyone wanting to talk to them or ask a question. Do not stay here, new management and refurbishment needed.

The location is really great, we only walked everywhere we had to go. Others said that the area seems dangerous, indeed it is a little shady, but we only walked our way back to the hotel and everything was fine, didn’t even meet the homeless as we expected. I got really scared reading the reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms that I have brought with me my own cleaning supplies, but it turned out that the room&bath were really Clean. Bed very comfortable, with fresh and clean sheets. The furniture is waaay too outdated and big for the room. We did not have enough space for our luggages. The lobby was always dirty. Young Lady from reception was not friendly, not mean also, but she did her job properly in a impersonal way. There is a shotgun in the elevator door, it scared us when we first used it.

I only stayed one night, but I have a huge list of grievances - the most important being that we were not able to shower due to the water not working the next morning. We barely had enough to brush our teeth and wash our faces and it was freezing. No compensation was offered. I don't care how good the location is or how cheap, it's not worth it.

So much extra furniture you could not move. The night stand was under a desk. Could easily removed half the furniture so that you could actually have space to walk around the bed. It was clean. Requested to just get clean towels and it was hit and miss depending on who was working the front desk. One person gave us towels another said no had to sign up for room cleaning. They did have hotel luggage check for a fee. No option for early check in.

There are stains in the bed linen stains on the curtains and holes in the curtain 6. The remote only works half the time 7. There are only 2 to 3 channels on the television that are English 8. When we arrived for four people, there were no towels or washcloths in the bathroom to accommodate four people only 1 set 9. The pictures were false advertisement online 10. There is a hole in the wall in the bathroom that is covered with toilet paper 11. The peep hole in the door has toilet paper stuck in it 12. The telephone in the room does not work 13. There’s no plunger available for the rooms 14. The main door to the room does not open completely. It only opens halfway and then scrapes the bottom floor. 15. When my husband asked the representative at the main desk about the pictures on the Internet, the worker said, I guess the photographer did a good job, taking those pictures and then laughed about it. 16. The guy at the front desk said that the hotel was going to be demolished next month and then when we asked another lady that works here she said that is not true 17. You have to ask for more toilet paper for trash bags, and four towels 18. We were at the hotel for three days and we told the front desk that the phone didn’t work because we were trying to make contact. They waited until the third day when we returned to our hotel room in the evening to send a maintenance worker up to the room to fix it while we were asleep. The worker said that today is the only day that the maintenance worker would be available. 19. My husband asked about speaking to the manager and he was told twice that the manager only comes once to twice a week to collect money in the mornings. The only contact we were given was an email and the email was sent and has not been answered yet after three days. 20. On the Internet, it was advertised there would be a sofa chair into the room. There’s no chair and only one side table. 21. You cannot take a bath in the bathtub because the ceramic is chipped and it is nasty and there is no plugs for the bathtub nor the sink to stop water. 22. Upon checking in, we were told that you have to be staying for at least two nights, and after the second night then they will come clean your room, but you have to request the cleaning the morning of that you want it cleaned when we arrived back to our room after being here for the third day they came in and just took the trash out that we had gathered in our own bags and replaced a few towels 23. There was some kind of dead foot skin, or some kind of skin under one of the double beds. 24. When we asked about the breakfast, the guy at the desk told us not to eat the breakfast here. 25. They came and took our dirty towels and washcloths, and did not replace the washcloths left us with none 26. Elevator has not been inspected since April 2023. 27. Toilet seat is

This hotel is very outdated and has zero amenities. The hotel is very firm on 3p check in and will gladly hold your bag for a fee of $5. There are no refrigerators. If you want to get a cold drink, go down to the vending machine and pay $2.25 for a bottle of water. There is continental breakfast available at a fee of $12. Stale loaf of bread and open crumbly cereal. There was a dead ant in the yogurt container. Our room was tiny. The sheet is attached to the comforter. The air conditioning is awful. Both of us were stuffy and miserable. Very damp. Bed was creaky. Toilet seat was worn. Towels are paper thin. Toilet paper one ply. Nothing is convenient to the hotel. Be prepared to walk at least half a mile to get to anything.

My wife forgot her AirPods at the hotel. Front desk confirmed that they have been found. In spite of having repeatedly asked front desk to ship the AirPods to us - we will of course pay postage - we are being completely ignored. Wonder if someone at the front desk has gotten a free pair of AirPods.....

Stayed here with my wife for a five day trip would not recommend the place is filthy bathroom was gross shower curtain so dirty and other peoples hair all over the towels which were change once in five days were the size of a napkin and so worn with holes in them nobody replenished the toilet roll had to go and ask reception who were quite rude and miserable.loads of noise with banging and clashing doors all night long I got up a couple of times through the night to find some real dodgy people about in reception and outside the hotel one morning at 6am there was a woman asleep in reception on a sofa with a duvet the furniture was very dated and the Curran didn’t fit and let light in the room all night there was also a gale force wind blowing in the window and you could hear every bit of noise from all the activity outside even though we weee on the 6th floor you could hear people talking near the entrance the location was ok about 15 minutes walk to time square but it was a very industrial area with car repair shops open all night felt a bit unsafe late at night

I really liked the location as it was close to Times Square and other major attractions so it was great! The hotel did look like the photos so it was not false advertising at least and we went in December so it was really cold. The heating worked really well. However, to leave your bags at the front desk, you need to pay $2 per bag so we paid $4 for 2 bags. Also, breakfast is not included and you need to pay extra for it. I got the hotel because it said features a daily continental breakfast. I didn't realize that it wasn't included, so you need to be careful to read if it's complimentary or not.

CATASTROPHIQUE !!!!!!! Cet hôtel est le pire que j’ai vu dans ma vie. Le personnel est très désagréable limite hautain n’en a rien a foutre de nos problèmes et nous proposes seulement de quitter l’établissement a tout va, elle ne fait que répéter « Check-out check-out » à toutes les sauces. Après avoir trouver de l’urine sur la porte de la salle de bain (OUI DU PIPI SUR LA PORTE) du caca dans les toilettes et du papier couleur jaune brun dans la douche et qui bouchait la douche aujourd’hui un nouveau problème en voulant sortir je me suis aperçu que la porte ne se verrouillait pas et donc s’ouvrait de l’extérieur sans carte donc n’importe qui peu entrer dans ma chambre je l’ai signaler au personnel et ils m’ont assurer que cela sera régler immédiatement je leur fais confiance et je sors donc me promener en ville et en rentrant le soir je découvre que ma chambre est rester ouverte toute la journée que le personnel n’a rien fait pour réparer ça du coup je descend pour leur dire et elle ne peut rien faire elle ne s’excuse même pas ne propose rien me dit simplement d’attendre demain je trouve cette situation incroyable entre le pipi sur la porte les toilettes d’une saleté digne d’un toilette public pas nettoyer depuis 2 ans, la douche boucher et crade la chambre sale le personnel désagréable et impolie et maintenant la porte qui reste ouverte à tous la chambre petite et encombrer le lit trop petit draps sale mur sale la chasse d’eau qui ne s’arrête jamais de couler et c’est un enfer de s’endormir avec ce bruit affreux à côté de soit enfin bref FUYEZ ne venez pas dans cette établissement vous le regretterez mieux vaut payer 30 ou 50$ en plus et avoir une chambre décente et un personnel agréable.
