La YMCA de West Side est certainement un endroit sans frills pour rester, mais la situation est excellente. Vous êtes juste près du Central Park et du Columbus Circle. Times Square est une promenade facile au sud. Nous avons séjourné dans 2 chambres différentes. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable. La chambre de bains était très confortable et très confortable. Nous avons pu mettre à niveau la seconde moitié de notre séjour dans une chambre avec un lit plus grand et une salle de bains. De nouveau, cet hôtel n'est pas de frills. Il peut être gros autour des bords, mais il est propre et confortable à la fin d'une longue journée de visite. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter de l'équipe de sport, de la piscine, de la sauna, et de choses comme ça, mais ils semblaient bien. Je recommande la YMCA de la partie occidentale. Si vous visitez NYC, vous devriez faire des choses, pas vous asseoir autour de la chambre. C'est tout ce qu'on a besoin d'être.

Les chambres sont les mêmes que les photos de l'application. Il n'est pas trop étroit et spacieux et confortable avec une terrasse. La station de métro doit marcher environ 10 minutes. Mais j'ai payé pour le montant incluant le petit déjeuner, mais quand je suis arrivée, je disais que le petit déjeuner ne peut être que du café et du thé avec pandémie ? Le petit déjeuner est inférieur à 84 $ par personne pour trois nuits, 14 $ par personne. L'hôtel n'a pas répondu et, heureusement, j'ai été récompensé par Trip.com pour avoir été désolé.

If you're visiting Manhattan, this hotel is a good choice for non-solo budget travellers who don't mind taking the subway into the city. It is conveniently located next to the subway station (about a 12-min walk), which can bring you straight to Radio City Hall. The wait time for the subway is longer than the subway lines in Manhattan, around 15 min. The major flag with this hotel is safety. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or female solo travellers. As a female solo traveller myself, I felt vulnerable on the walk between the hotel to the subway station even in daylight. For context, the hotel is located right next to the biggest housing project in USA, the Queensbridge Housing Projects (search vlog for walkthrough of space). To get to the subway, G Maps instructs you to cut through the housing courtyard, but it's best to stick to the streets (40th avenue, then 21st avenue) to avoid the people loitering outside the buildings. The hotel doors do lock in the evening, and you'll need to tap your card to enter. Other than the neighbourhood, the hotel was great for its price. Inside, the lobby was clean and maintained well, with a dining area for complimentary breakfast, as well as small tables for working/leisure. Tap water was offered throughout the day, as was hot water, but it had an unpleasant coffee taste. The hotel room was big, and is most likely way larger than the ones in Manhattan. Decor and furnishing were nice, and the shower pressure was terrific. The fridge came in handy for stops at Trader Joe's (about 20 m away by subway). Hair dryer worked well. Rooms were mostly quiet, except you can hear a party if it's happening next door. It's a good idea to bring earplugs when staying in New York. Up on a higher floor, the noise level outside is muffled, but you can still catch sounds of sirens or rough yelling on the streets in the night. A note about housekeeping: they don't clean your rooms until the 3rd day. However, you can ask the front desk for additional shampoo, soaps, conditioner, lotion (no toothbrush/toothpaste or combs). There were also minor signs of dirtiness when I checked in, notably an untouched sticky spot in between the desk and the fridge. They cleaned well generally (sheets, covers, bathroom, showers), but the in-between bits where guests can't reach weren't done very thoroughly. My card stopped working 2 times throughout the trip. The first time, a housekeeper was in the hall and opened the door for me—without checking my credentials or card. That was a major flag in terms of safety. The second time, the front counter helped me reset my card. A second major flag in terms of safety: they didn't check my ID or confirm whether I was staying in the actual room. They simply reset the card after I reported my room number. Complimentary breakfast was decent, but recommend getting there as early as it starts to avoid the crowd. Un hôtel propre, un p'tit déj nickel et copieux, un bon lit dans une chambre spacieuse. Le seul hic, c'est le bruit de la voie ferré. Sinon la gérance est superbe et son emplacement idéal pour avoir le métro ( en direction de Manhattan ou de l'aéroport, Hunter point ou court square ) à 5 - 10 min à pied.

L'hôtel est bien, bon service, les chambres sont confortables et propres, la salle de bain propre et grande, généralement bonne. J'ai aimé la salle de sport, elle était spacieuse et disposait de nombreux appareils de musculation. Je n'ai pas aimé qu'ils bloquent une caution de 200 $ sur votre carte et le petit déjeuner est très basique pour un hôtel 4 étoiles 🌟, je n'ai pas non plus aimé que le dernier jour de notre départ à 5 heures du matin, ils ne nous aient pas proposé n'importe quel petit-déjeuner, je leur ai demandé la veille s'ils pouvaient nous proposer un sandwich ou un fruit ou quelque chose à emporter et ils nous ont dit non, je veux dire, j'ai payé le petit-déjeuner ce jour-là mais ils ne me l'ont pas servi.

L'emplacement est très pratique ~ très proche du métro ~ vous pouvez rejoindre à pied certaines attractions et quartiers animés ~ Il existe de nombreux restaurants à proximité ~ L'hôtel convient très bien aux amis étrangers et le taux d'occupation est très élevé ~ Le service du personnel est parfait. Vous pouvez stocker vos bagages et réserver un taxi. La chambre est petite mais propre. Elle suffit pour qu'une ou deux personnes voyagent. Les prix ne sont pas bon marché comparés à ceux de la Chine ~ Les prix à New York montent en flèche ~

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel sur la base d'une IGG et près de l'aéroport de Newark. et a appris à utiliser l'autobus de navette de l'hôtel, quelques trains, le métro ainsi que Uber et Lift. Le personnel de l'aéroport était très aimable et utile.

C'était le séjour parfait ! Les employés de la réception étaient vraiment serviables et sympathiques. Luis A. était le principal qui s'occupait de moi et de mon invité. Il a été très utile pour prolonger mon séjour d'une nuit supplémentaire.

La chambre d'hôtel est grande et l'emplacement est bon. Le seul point négatif est que le personnel de la réception a une mauvaise attitude. L'attitude du service est la pire de tous les hôtels où j'ai séjourné aux États-Unis. Je ne choisirai pas cet hôtel la prochaine fois.

To begin with, I must stress that we only used our room, and spoke to staff on the reception area. I’ve no idea on the quality of the rooftop bar nor restaurant at the hotel. Location: We booked knowing that this was in the Financial district, but I was elated with the location. We got the air-train & subway from JFK and the hotel is just a few blocks from Fulton Street Subway station. I am a quick walker, and found that the World Trade Center was only 5 minutes from the hotel, the same with Wall Street / the waterfront which was a great location to me. There were plenty of shops / restaurants / etc. in the area (where doesn’t have that in NYC?). There was construction work taking place across the street from the hotel entrance, but never any issues with traffic or noise. Reception / Staff: We arrived in the evening on a Wednesday and the staff on reception were really welcoming as we were checking in. They were taking the time to say hello to returning guests as they came through the lobby. We experienced this ourselves whenever we returned to the hotel. It may be a small thing, but it showed good customer service to me. Room: A lot of rooms in NYC are “small” when compared to counterparts in other cities so I never expect masses of space. I was happy with the size of our room when we arrived. We were on the 21st floor, and our room was on the corner overlooking the front of the building and the construction site across the street. There was small walkway between the door to the room and the bedroom. 2 of us stayed there with 2 cases and we found enough room to move around. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked. We had a coffee machine and bottled water given to us for drinking. The bathroom had a shower & toiletries, and it was clear everything was clean. When I'm back in NYC, I'd happily stay here again!
