Avis : Diamond Bay Hotel

C'était confortable et agréable ~

Hôtel un peu vieillot, il faudrait le restaurer un peu. Les lumières sont faibles dans la chambre. Les petits enfants doivent payer pour rester avec leurs parents. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas un très bon choix.

Le Diamond Bay est vieux et semble ne pas avoir été rénové ou modernisé depuis son ouverture. Il y a trois ascenseurs, mais l'un d'eux est toujours en panne, et il y a une salle de sport au 4e étage, donc il y a constamment du monde qui entre et sort. Je n'y retournerais pas.

La chambre est propre, le service est excellent et c'est un endroit idéal où séjourner pour un voyage d'affaires

Le séjour a été agréable et le personnel a répondu rapidement à nos demandes. Le seul inconvénient est que l'ascenseur du milieu de l'hôtel n'a pas fonctionné pendant les 3 jours où nous y étions. De plus, les ascenseurs de l'hôtel étaient partagés avec les personnes fréquentant la salle de sport publique et il y avait parfois du monde et nous devions attendre les tours suivants. Cela a rendu le séjour désagréable. Les ascenseurs de l'hôtel devraient être réservés aux clients de l'hôtel (au moins 1 ascenseur).

Very bad breakfast. gaming club is nice.

Perfect location, great service, 24/7 reception service. The beautiful view of the beach from all the windows of the hotel, very delicious breakfast. They even allowed us to take food to our rooms. The variety of food was amazing- from Asian to western.

Close to department store. Good location. Breakfast is average.

The room was not soundproof so I could hear the chairs and desks being moved in the next room. There was only a hand shower so it took a while to wash my hair. Other than that, it was a good hotel with a perfect location. I will stay again.

Not exactly 5 Star. Room indicating wear and tear. The mattress was in need of replacement as it was severely indented and not at a 5 Star level. Check in was good however little interaction thereafter. Breakfast was disappointing as the hot food was cold and was slowly replenished. Location was fine as it is close to the beach. A Shopping mall is attached to the property and the adjoining property has a great supermarket and shops. Lifts are slow due to the gym on level 4 which is used by the public as well as guests. Unfortunately we expected a little bit more for the rating of this hotel.

The front staffs are friendly but the hotel is a bit crowded since the fitness on the 4th floor. The swimming pool is not like in the picture and there is no service at the pool. On the first day, I asked a staff at the pool for the towels, he said it ran out but actually we need to get it from the front desk ( that guy gave me wrong information). The buffet is not bad but I think it should be much better because there are a lot fresh food Nha Trang.

Came back to Vietnam to visit families and make new friends along the way. The stay at Diamond Bay Hotel was extremely pleasant. The hotel makes me feel like a special guess. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. If you visit Nha Trang, stay at this hotel.

Checked in early evening and the room with all my requests were ready. I got a beautiful high-floor ocean view which I booked, clean linen, a separate bathtub, and a shower room with all the needed amenities. The room is spacious enough. The hotel is connected to Nha Trang Central shopping mall. Next block is Lotto, another famous shopping mall. Try the hotel gym which is also the California Fitness. The pool is nice. The morning breakfast is always crowded with people and the food is slow in refilling. If some popular fruits or food are gone, they were either not replaced or replaced with something else. I would say that the management needs to do something with the breakfast. Breakfast is good for everyone's needs. The hotel staff provides good service. For my next trip, I will choose this hotel again.
