The staff provided excellent customer service, greeting us with a warm welcome upon our arrival. Our stay was so comfortable that it truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Good hotel. So quiet, clean and variety of breakfast.

The room smelt a little weird and the view we received was of a car park. The hairdryer and shower was good though. Also the front desk staff were a little rude.

Not very good view even from 7-8 floors. No coffee in rooms and gym is small.

We enjoyed one night at this hotel. Clean and simple. Wonderful breakfast in a compact dining area, many choices and a chef cooking fresh noodles and other Chinese breakfast staples. Well thought out with plates and chopsticks right in front when you enter. Best thing about this hotel is being able to walk across a bridge in one direction (e.g. to the east) then along the river front to Laowaitan restaurants and bars, then back via another bridge to the west of the hotel. A nice loop. Only surprise was that nearly all restaurants and bars were closed during Spring Festival, so we enjoyed a longer walk in cold rain, into the centre of the city to find a light dinner.

賓館就在甬江邊上，適合江邊散步。 停車很方便。 床和枕頭很舒服，窗户設計既能保持開着通風又能保障私隱。 每天飲料都塞滿冰箱，很開心。 淋浴熱水來得慢了點但水壓也很大，很舒服。 前台客服都很親切，好評。

性價比很高 衞生，整潔，該有的都有。 加亞朵會員，體驗了深睡眠枕，睡得不錯。 停車可享受一次全免 旁邊就是老外灘 深夜粥道的點心，小菜都不錯 出門旅行第一次住亞朵，滿意，以後還會繼續

地點不方便旅遊。地鐵站遠。最近景點得走路1.3公里。所以衹能打車。我打了三天車。酒店床和枕頭可以。衞生一般。馬桶容易堵，來了個大爺通馬桶，搋子直接放我浴室地墊上。做完後很不客氣的在我洗手枱洗手。導致我把所有他碰過的地方都消毒一遍。很沒有規矩。

亞朵的入住體驗太驚喜！木質調裝修很有質感，床品柔軟睡得超香。前台主動奉茶，服務貼心又不打擾，深夜還有免費熱粥暖胃。離地鐵站近，大堂“竹居”書吧能借書，下次出差還選這！服務更是貼心到骨子裡：早餐種類豐富，有屬地特色餐點，味道很地道；深夜回店，前台還備好熱粥暖胃。離店時不僅有暖心水，工作人員還細心提醒附近交通和美食，延遲退房政策更給了行程滿滿的從容感。下次出差或旅行，必然還是首選！
